We were here for the DIFF Mixer, and Torrie was INCREDIBLE! The air conditioning was out and she found us a fan, helped to get our drinks and food, and throughout was so kind and attentive. I will come back here because of Torrie and Marvin, the bartender.

I had lunch at the Commons Clib recently and the server, Marcella’s service was impeccable. It was a really hot day and she was very thoughtful in giving me a bottle of water to go.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Virgin Hotels Dallas and had a wonderful experience from start to finish.

I hosted a private event in The Shag Room and booked a Grand Chamber King Suite for the evening. Throughout the planning process, Paul Johnson was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. He made organizing the event seamless and helped bring everything together exactly as I had envisioned.

On the night of the event, Jade, the hostess at Commons Club, was exceptional. She was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond in every way. From helping coordinate drink orders and organize the space to taking photos and making sure everyone felt welcome, she played a huge role in making the evening special. I truly cannot say enough good things about her and am very grateful for all of her help.

Marvin, our bartender, was also fantastic. He was friendly, attentive, and kept the drinks flowing all evening while creating a great atmosphere for our guests.

The Grand Chamber King Suite was outstanding. The wraparound terrace is enormous and offers incredible views of downtown Dallas. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, and the walk-in shower and bath amenities were particularly impressive.

Virgin Hotels Dallas has a fun, energetic atmosphere, beautiful design, and a unique personality that sets it apart from other hotels. Whether you’re planning a celebration, a special event, or simply a weekend getaway, I highly recommend it. My birthday weekend exceeded expectations, and much of that was thanks to the wonderful team at the hotel.

Location and staff was amazing and made the stay that much better.

This entire staff was not only courteous but helpful! Sam, our daily breakfast Server was a gem! Reception, restaurant greet staff, doorman, and the cleaning staff all contributed to ensuring guests were served in excellence.

Rooms, amenities, location all great. But the employees across the board were outstanding. Everyone pleasant helpful and professional.
Saturday morning as we waited to be seated, the hostess Torrie Taylor politely explained they were short two people so it may be a wait. We watched as the servers who were working were literally scurrying to provide service to their customers. Our server David Previati was exceptional both with his device and his attitude. Clearly the people that were working were working together and as a team, and super pleasant about it! So nice to see!!

We just concluded a 3-day event at Virgin Hotels Dallas and felt compelled to share our experience. From the valets who greet you on arrival to housekeeping who respond to every need, the staff was exceptional throughout.
Joe and Griselda were so attentive and intuitive that we’re already hoping to have them with us at future events. They truly went above and beyond.
The food was exceptional; our attendees shared that we had undersold what they would be given. It helped create that premium experience we sought.
Now, the venue itself. For a community of professional stylists and image consultants, it couldn’t have been more perfect. This isn’t your traditional business conference venue; it’s ideal for more intimate gatherings. We’d recommend 150 or fewer. Design is present in every detail, making every part of the hotel a perfect photo backdrop. And the rooms have a great space to get ready for each day.
If you’re planning a leisure stay or an event that needs to leave a real impression, Virgin Hotels Dallas belongs at the top of your list.

The restaurant has amazing!! I didn’t have the best experience at the pool but the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. They sympathized with me and showed my friend and I compassion and helped us feel so much better about our trip.

Nice hotel. Valet and front desk is great. Food is mid. Wonderfully designed room although the lighting situation is confusing. Great fitness center. Nice pool but unable to enjoy as there were too many outside guests utilizing it and occupied all the lounge chairs.

This is his my second stay at the Virgin Hotel in Dallas. I have to say that the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. I love booking this hotel for weekend getaways. I like the location as it is easy access to just about anything you're trying to get to in Dallas.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The style and design are everything—modern, trendy, and thoughtfully curated throughout the property. My room was super cute, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed.

The location was also perfect and made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. My only regret is that I didn't have more time to take advantage of all the amenities and experiences the hotel has to offer.

Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I would definitely return the next time I'm in Dallas. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with great service and a prime location!

Great vibes, food and overnight accommodations! Enjoyed a wonderful weekend stay! There is always something fun going on at the hotel. Amazing spaces to host groups or host a meeting in the city! Walkable to great dining and entertainment!

Had an amazing stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas this weekend! The highlight was definitely John at the bar. He was friendly, welcoming, authentic, and truly made us feel at home each morning. Beyond great service and drink recommendations, he also shared awesome Dallas recommendations that really elevated the trip.

Loved the pool atmosphere with the DJ, and the room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Will definitely be returning to the best hotel in Dallas!
