We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were particularly impressed by the exceptional level of personal service. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel valued throughout our stay.

The facilities were excellent, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we could have wished for. What really stood out, however, was the attention to detail and the personal touches that made the experience feel truly special.

It’s rare to find a hotel that combines such high-quality facilities with such sincere and attentive service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a genuinely memorable experience.

The property itself is very nice. Service was lackluster at best. During this one trip, we were locked out of our room, did not receive daily service, and asked for towels 3 times over 3 hours before receiving them. The restaurant was extremely understaffed and slow. With that said, the food was really good. Nice aesthetic, but I will go somewhere else due to the terrible service.

Pros: comfortable mattress, foyer/washroom combo to give the bathroom more space, movement-activated lights in the bathroom spaces, breakfast options were all excellently cooked

Quibbles: bed has strange raised footboard, couch design was too stylized to be much use, wish for a more vegetable-heavy breakfast omelet.

Everything about this place is perfect for me. The location, staff, the ambiance, room and the bed is a dream to sleep on! The patio to sit on the surrounds the amazing restaurant is so lovely. I just feel relaxed here. I really enjoy this place when I am in town.

I cannot speak highly enough of the Virgin Dallas property! The team is incredibly welcoming, caring, and genuinely makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The rooms are so spacious and comfortable, and the attention to detail really stands out. And can we talk about the app?! If you’re already comfy in bed and decide you need to lower the temperature to get that perfect sleep temperature, you can do it right from your phone without moving an inch!

Now THAT is luxury! Such a thoughtful touch and such a great stay. The Virgin Dallas team truly knows how to create an experience! ❤️

We had a fantastic stay at Virgin Hotels Dallas! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. Arnulfo at the front desk was especially nice and made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us a coupon, which was a great touch.

The pool was one of our favorite parts of the hotel. It was clean, beautiful, and the poolside service was excellent. We also really enjoyed the restaurant—the steak fries were excellent, and the custom cocktails were creative and delicious.

The hotel car was another huge highlight. They were able to take us anywhere within a few miles of the hotel and pick us up afterward, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Our driver, Evan, was awesome and gave us some great food recommendations.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again!

While the location is great, everything else was pretty disappointing. The room showed signs of wear and tear: tattered sofa, chipping mirror, mis-matched linens, and the cold water faucet knob let out only a dribble of water. I was asked to fill out a survey after check-in and I shared these concerns. I was also asked for my contact information so someone could reach out. No one contacted me, which was surprising and disappointing after I had been told otherwise.

The bed has deep impressions from previous use. This made it challenging to get decent sleep.

I had to check out the next morning at 7am. Despite using the text option to request my car, the valet prioritized another request first. This meant a longer wait for my car. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait in the lobby due to industrial fans being used to dry the carpet. So, I waited outside in the humidity.

I had really been looking forward to this stay. The hotel seems like a fun yet elevated place. It’s disappointing that everything from the room to the customer service falls short of even a run-of-the-mill Marriot hotel. After my experience, I won’t be back.

I stayed at virgin years back and it was good . but the hiring has changed ! A lot of fraternization and favoritism happening in guest services . Senior executives need to review work/ personal affairs between team and managers -policies that are effecting guest and employees . Will not be staying here after what I witnessed.

Marcella was the best she was very accommodating and gave us the option to include fries with our meal and that was the cherry on top of our experience. She made our first time here wonderful.

First ~ let me say that every single employee was professional, friendly and helpful. But this hotel needs management to step up. When we arrived on Monday, the air conditioning was out downstairs. Texas heat this week is in the triple digits, so you can imagine how it felt inside the lobby. But this also affected the hotel restaurant, coffee shop, bar and elevator lobby. We were told it just went out. But on our fourth day, we learned that the AC has actually been out for more than three weeks. I’ll get back to this in a second. Our rooms. Loved them. Decorated cute. Trendy. The setup is done well. Only two issues on first night. We had no hot water for morning showers. Ice machine down the hall was out of order. We went to multiple floors and found others were out of order. We gave up after three floors. The second night. My individual room AC went out. I started to feel sick and called the front desk. Jordy (spelling?) answered and was amazing. She immediately sent someone up with a new key. To my surprise, they moved me to a suite. This room was beyond amazing. It was truly appreciated. Now back to the AC downstairs. Every morning, I tried to get a latte from the coffee bar, but they had to close because it was too hot downstairs. I don’t blame them. We had to venture out of the hotel for food or a drink because it was too hot downstairs. We were told to visit the fourth floor pool bar. But we didn’t want to be outside. Finishing up this long review ~ this appears to be a bigger problem that needs to be addressed before accepting hotel guests. This needs to be addressed for your employees. No one should have to work in these conditions, especially a four star hotel. As much as I loved and appreciated the room upgrade, we’ve already decided we will not stay here on our next trip in January. The owners need to do their job or you don’t need to be running a hotel.

I went and ate at the pool club. The service was excellent! I had the sweetest server named Jade that was very attentive and then this girl Amanda was very cool

Amanda, Jade and Samantha @ the pool club are literally the best in the business !!! They are so fun to be around !!

Location is great! Right in the middle of downtown Dallas, and they offer complimentary rides within a 3 mile radius if you book in advance. Staff are all super friendly, from valet, front desk, to servers in restaurant. Rooms are clean and inviting

Torrie was so sweet and helpful. She made the experience and stay 10x better. Me and my honey will be sure to come back to this same location.

Marcella was top tier service! Super informative, friendly, and on top of it! Highly recommend her if you are in the cafe.

Polished & Warm
I had such a great experience with the Virgin Hotels pool pass! The pool area was beautifully designed and aesthetically appealing, with a clean and well-maintained pool. The cabanas were incredibly comfortable and did a great job keeping the sun out, making it easy to relax and enjoy the day.
The service was friendly, attentive, and impressively fast. The overall ambiance was relaxing with the perfect summer vibe. Definitely a great spot to spend a summer day! I’d happily come back!

I stay at the Virgin Hotel Dallas pretty regularly for work and honestly this place has become one of my favorite hotels anywhere. The hotel itself is beautiful, the pool is awesome and there is always a great atmosphere, but what really makes the difference for me are the people working here.

This stay was especially great. Jayda at the front desk was amazing from the moment I checked in. Super friendly, helpful and just genuinely nice. You can tell when somebody actually enjoys taking care of guests and she definitely does. Jayda, thank you!!

I also met Marc, the hotel manager, in the lobby and he could not have been nicer. He came over, welcomed us and basically just said if we need anything at all, let him know. My girlfriend came over later and we spent the afternoon at the pool, had some food, drinks and just a really great time. Everybody took such good care of us.

I travel a LOT for my job and obviously stay in a lot of hotels, so after a while you really notice the difference between places. This one is just managed extremely well. It feels personal and welcoming every time I come back, which isn’t something you can say about every hotel.

So a huge thank you again to Jayda, Marc and the whole team. You guys really made this stay special. I’ll definitely keep coming back whenever work brings me to Dallas.

Absolutely recommend this hotel. If TripAdvisor had 10 stars, I’d give them 10.
