מלון משולם לחופש בטבע עם שירות מושלם של חמישה כוכבים
Pros:

במקום ממש מפלט מדהים בצפון בטבע הירוק והמזג אוויר המושלם. במרחק של עד שעה ורבע נסיעה מהאטרקציות המרכזיות עבורנו ( מסלולי הליכה משפחתיים פארק מים רכבות הרים ועוד). השירות היה יוצא מן הכלל כולל ארוחת הבוקר והערב!

Lokace hotelu, design restaurace & výhled, snídaňový bufet ok, živý vánoční stromeček, milý, vstřícný a nápomocný pan recepční.

Cons:

V této cenové relaci jsem očekávala lehce nadstandardní služby. Zároveň i proklientský přístup - real hospitality. Automaticky miska s vodou pro mého psa v restauraci - stalo se pouze 2 x za náš celý pobyt. Automatický pozdrav personálu v restauraci jako první - jen párkrát. Požadavek na snídani na pokoj - nelze. Rezervace konkrétního stolu - nestalo se. Vždy jsem byla usazena i se svým psem k nejmenším stolům - kdyby náhodou přišla velká skupina.
