Everything goes well when I was at the hotel，especially the service. The staff packed up our breakfast very early when they know we have to leave before the breakfast time，which made me feel very warmed.

Highly recommend this place! The scenery is absolutely stunning, every corner looks like a postcard. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful, perfect for taking a break. The staff are friendly and thoughtful, and they make you feel welcomed as soon as you arrive. It’s great for the views, the vibes, or simply a quiet escape. I’d happily come back again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice experience.

the location is near the Nile and some good restaurants and also it’s not really expensive. The room view is nice and comfortable!

Good experiences and room in aswan, the room and toilet is clean and there is security is great.

This is definitely 5 star worthy! Best view i have seen in my life and I have been all over the world. Great amenities and staff!

First and foremost, the magnificent view of aswan from Basema just seems too hard to beat one of the most breathtaking views anywhere!

Food : very good delivered with no delays, very hard working, and positive staff that makes you feel attitude from even over the phone.

Bed: we stayed in 2 singles, which was a bummer as we were on our honeymoon but were comfortable and clean.

Room amenities: fridge worked bonus sink a small bar/shelf in the makeshift kitchen area clean and functioning microwave all good.

Reception: though we had issue contacting reception prior to arrival due to the number being out of service??? ...anyways the actual interaction with the Reception i believe his name was Hamam forgive me if its wrong was simply outstanding. Made sure we got everything we needed. We got in, and we had complementary arabian dessert/snacks and fruit. All very good, thank you to my man. He was very accommodating and not pushy with anything at all. As a matter of fact this is the only place during our trip in egypt nobody ask for a tip and whatnot . Thank you, Hamam, absolute superb.

Inclusive buffet style breakfast: delicious. Mr Gerges looked after us and everyone else on his own his is warm welcoming and attentive excellent service.

Overall: i think the owners can make the Twick the place needs and make this a 5* hotel ive been to many 5* hotels that can't compare to this.

I am very satisfied with the experience of this stay. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, which left a good first impression on me. I stayed in a high-rise room. The city view outside the window is very good, which is relaxing and pleasant. What touched me most was a little brother at the front desk, who was very considerate. Due to our hurried schedule, we did not inform the hotel in advance that we needed to pack breakfast. After understanding the situation, he took the initiative to arrange a take-out meal for us, which solved our urgent problem. This kind of service beyond expectations really adds a lot of points to the whole accommodation experience.

We were super lucky to become the Guest of the Day and got upgraded to a suite. The scenery from the suite was so amazing that we decided to cut down on some outdoor activities and spend more time in the room. The reception staff were also very helpful—they assisted me in booking a taxi to the airport and arranging breakfast to-go. Highly recommended!

The view is very nice, just nearby the Nile River, can see the view in the room, and the service is also good and professional

Vue incroyable, personnel adorable à nos petits soins (ils ont ramené un gâteau surprise pour l'anniversaire de mon fils), chambre spacieuse et très propre, literie de bonne qualité, salle de bain toute neuve, fruits et pâtisseries nous attendaient dans les chambres, coin piscine très agréable et propre, on en a bien profité aussi... bref, on n'y est resté que 2 nuits mais on y serait bien resté plus longtemps !

The hotel was wonderful! Very pretty, comfortable and peaceful. Everything was organized and clean. The view of the city from the hotel was beautiful. Staff offered a good service with a lot of hospitality. The restaurant was big and offered a variety of food to enjoy. Overall the stay was amazing. I highly recommended.

I dont know where to start exactly, the place is perfectly refurbished, its extremely mesmerizing, the view from the room is amazing. The most important part is how friendly and decent the staff is, they are so nice and helpful in every aspect. Ive enjoyed my stay so much. Definitely coming back.
