Great central location super close to the port. The hotel is very clean and organized. They prepared breakfast according to our vegan diet, the warmest thanks to Natalia for being so helpful with us!!
It was a little bit louder outside than expected, but that's a tradeoff to accept for the location. Expect music till late and noise from dogs and roasters early in the morning.

Personnel sympathique
Good location (straight up the road when you come off the jetty), clean, comfortable beds. Excellent satellite tv service with all sports channels. Fast WiFi. Allowed early check in.
The rooms are very hot - hotter than the hallway. There are big fans but no aircon. Not sure if any of the other hotels would he better, as this is one of the nicer ones.
I was told the hotel could help us with booking our trips but they couldn’t - we booked through a lady across the road, but it would have been nice if we could have done it in advance so we got an English guide!
Hotel ubicado en el "corazón" de Puerto Nariño. Cerca a los servicios básicos: muelle, restaurantes, panadería, etc. Las habitaciones son inusualmente amplias y ventiladas. La habitación que nos correspondió (segundo piso) tenía un balcón con vista espectacular al río. Visitamos cuatro hoteles más. Este hotel es tal vez el mejor. Conviene hacer reservas con suficiente anticipación.
El vecino del hotel pone música reguetón a un volumen innecesario, lo que se conviete en una molestia para los vecinos, no solo del hotel. La responsabilidad no es del hotel, pero teniendo en cuenta que hoy ya hay en Colombia una ley anti-ruido. sería bueno presionar a la alcaldía para que tome medidas con el fin hacer de Puerto Nariño un pueblo de ambiente apacible donde se escuchen los sonidos de la naturaleza, y no el inaguantable y aturdidor reguetón. Puerto Nariño es un paraíso que se merece lo mejor, y debe defenderse de los predadores urbanos que quisieran convertirlo en cantina.

The location is great! Staffs are very nice.
There’s no AC, it can get real hot in the summer. But it’s in the jungle so we can’t expect much.

It's on a hill minutes from the port. At a miniature crossroads. There are no roads or cars, so this is a pleasant intersection where people pass and greet each other. The views from the hotel are superb, with palms all around, the forest in the distance. A distinctly village feel. Safe to walk around at night. A few bars are open around the corner. The music can be heard faintly in the distance, though it's not intrusive. There is a magic to Puerto Narino. My room was large and clean. Staff very friendly. What's not to like.
Perfect location, right in the middle of the town, straight walk from the ferry.
Room had a ceiling fan, and decent bathroom, windows/balcony doors had mosquito nets.
Very good value for money, Woman at reception was trying her best to help us with our questions, using Google translate as we don't speak Spanish.
Reception has a fridge with water/beer,etc for you to buy from, very convenient.
I loved everything of this hotel: the location, the staff, the room, the breakfast. could not recommend enought. there is a roof top that have a wonderful view over the amazon river. we loved it.
Phantastic from A to Z. What stood out was the quietness of the place inside - respectful, considerate guests - and outside - practically no noise from anywhere.
Staff was absolutely exceptional. Extremely forthcoming.
