Location, comfortable, clean, and nice breakfast

Cons:

Several towels missing, and when we asked at reception, they did not check and assumed the rooms never have hand towels, until we went and asked again, then they checked another room, and low and behold, hand towels do exist. Additionally, at first they wanted to charge us more than the amount agreed through the app, until we asked, showed them prove, and the receptionist had to call someone to confirm. Besides, there was a big spider that crawled out from below one of the night tables.

Dirty, not recommended
Pros:

Room was dirty, sheets were not change, really dirty and bugs on the bed. We have to change room a 2 am. Lady really rude and not help full. Really disapointed. Poor breakfast .

Humedad ,bichos,relación costo servicio no muy agradable,

La cobertura del internet es buena

Cons:

En la noche salían bichos de las paredes y debajo de la cama, por la humedad.
Para el precio que se paga esperaba algo mejor, me he hospedado en otros hoteles en Bogotá a mitad del precio que pague aquí y han estado igual o mejor que esté.

La cama y habitación

Cons:

El horario del desayuno. En una ciudad donde a las 6 de la mañana ya hay muchísima gente activa por las calles, poner el desayuno a partir de las 7,20 es impedir que las personas que cogen vuelos temprano puedan desayunar.

Ubicación del hotel y atención de recepción.

Cons:

En la habitación se escuchaba todo lo que se hablaba afuera, incluso lo que el personal del hotel hablaba por teléfono interrumpiendo el descanso.
