Zion A Luxurious Hotel Bangalore

Overall experience is good..Ambience is good ,customer service is excellent and food is delicious..What more can we expect

I’ve stayed at Zion several times before and always considered it a safe, comfortable, and reliable option. But my recent experience completely changed my opinion.

Due to pest control at our home, we needed a place to stay urgently around 10:30 PM. Trusting Zion based on past experiences, we decided to go there — even paid the full day’s price for just a few hours of stay (around 10 hours). After traveling 15+ km at night, we were shocked by how poorly we were treated.

Because of a technical glitch, they denied our stay instead of helping us find a solution. On top of that, they charged us ₹1000 extra for that glitch, not a small adjustment of a few hundred but a full ₹1000! The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely lacking in hospitality. Despite being regular customers, they showed zero concern for our situation.

We spent almost an hour pleading for help, only to be sent back around 12:30 in the midnight — do they even realize how unsafe that was for us at that hour? It was extremely irresponsible. Before leaving, Vishal (the receptionist) assured us that we would definitely get a full refund, since we didn’t even stay.

It’s now been over a week, and we’ve received no refund, no update, and no response. It feels like we’ve been completely ghosted.

I’m truly disappointed with how Zion handled this situation — from their lack of empathy to their failure to communicate or resolve the issue. This is not the kind of luxury or service one expects from a hotel that claims to uphold high standards.

I hope this review helps others think twice before trusting Zion the way I once did.

Very bad food i ordered crispy corn it's very spicy it's given like local bar type really not good and I ask to change this but he said we r not changing if u want order one more i thought this is not good restaurant and people who behave like rude really it's a cheep i didn't had little also 😞😞😞 very bad experience che bad restaurant

We stayed in a suite room for three days. Although we were told the room might be ready by 12 or 12:30 PM, we arrived at 10:45 AM and waited patiently. Even by 1 PM—official check-in time—the staff didn’t take the initiative to begin the check-in process. We had to go and ask them, but they were on calls and asked us to wait further. There was no urgency, and no one came forward to collect our ID or complete formalities while we waited.

We’re not sure if this delay was because we booked through an external site rather than directly. The TV in our room wasn't working, and even after informing the staff three times, it was fixed only the next day. The pool area was also not maintained properly—it was quite dirty.

On a positive note, the food was good, and Nageshwar was the only staff member who showed genuine responsibility and courtesy during our stay

We had a comfortable stay at this well-located hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, and the staff was polite and courteous throughout. While the view from the room was average, the central location made commuting very convenient. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes and was quite enjoyable, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of food quality and consistency.

The place was good, would definitely recommend. I had extended my my stay by 3 hours and the hotel was able to accomodate it (for additional charges).
The staff were polite and friendly.
Will be coming again, if I happen to pass by this location.

Pros-
Located in Gandhinagar market area , buzzing area with lot of restaurants around
WiFi connectivity good
Air conditioning good

Cons-
Located exactly on the road which is one way exit road for the lane
Extremely crowded and chaotic area
Average bf food and poor cleanliness in the restaurant
Dirty towels and bathroom towel mat
Both were greyish in colour
Jr Suite king is a different understanding for them.There was a additional bed but room size was not Jr Suite

Overall a very average experience and no great value for money.

Bed is too small, staff is rude, horrible & non professional.

Food and breakfast was worst. Pretty ordinary toiletries.

Not worth of money you paid for the stay.

They are milking money only because there place is near Anandrao Circle.

Never choose this hotel by mistake also.

The service given was very good. Very friendly staff and good restaurant food. All the special requests were fulfilled immediately.

Stay experience is good and room boys (mine was surya) were really respectful and provided whatever I needed even on late nights.staffs were respectful and the room ambience was really nice.the hygiene was well maintained throughout my stay.overall a good stay experience

The room is so nice and amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful 😊😊. There is also a swimming pool, and the place to sit and rest. But regarding the swimming pool should be well maintain about the cleanliness, and the changing room near the swimming pool.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location for us was very convenient but it on a narrow busy street. The lobby is large and spacious. The quality of breakfast can improve.

Be being an regular customer I have always been treated with whole comfort and kindness , all the amenities are perfect, the food provided here are authentic and the staff are always kind to me , especially the FOA is very comfortable, the staff made me feel good all the time, I have no comments or complaints regarding my stay.

From 4 months I always stay in this hotel, most of the time I took a Suit Room.. I have Really appreciate about hotel staff and Front Desk Staff... Really Good Hotel To Stay in Gandhinagar .. I will Reffer My Friends and Colleagues To Stay in Zion Luxurious Hotel..
