Парма, правда не итальянская
Pros:

Приехали с женой под вечер, вымерзли на улице, хотели выбрать другой отель, но все номера на то время были заняты, поэтому не глядя поехали в этот, думали согреться в номере, отопление не работало, на справедливый звонок, с ресепшена ответили: котлы настроены, сейчас все будет, до утра отопления так и не дождались, посреди ночи закинул второе одеяло, которое более менее выправило ситуацию, вечером принесли электро-обогреватель, который на такую площадь комнаты был как пятая нога собаке. Чистота в номере оставляет желать лучшего, кто-то забыл жёваную жвачку на тумбочке и булавку от предыдущей посетительницы, видимо, нам комплимент от отеля))) Завтраки добротные, парню на ресепшене терпения и респект ✊
