Location excellent. Short walk to city centre, Queen st. Private carpark. Clean. Comfy bed.

Cons:

Had to wait several minutes for receptionist. Already several people before me waiting who were annoyed.
Parking fee expensive.

Cons:

Paying 25% of the hotel cost for a car park. When you click on Parking on bookings.com they should advise, free parking, or you will pay thru the nose for parking. More a fault of booking.com than the hotel
