Pros:

Amazing location, close to the metro + trams and walkable to wherever you need to go. The hotel itself is on a more secluded street which is nice because there’s less noise. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed

They don’t clean daily, need to request new towels + room cleaning if you want it.

La habitación con cocina.

Cons:

La habitación, que te ponían como suite, era diminuta: con el sofá cama abierto, para cuatro personas era imposible moverte.
La calefacción no funcionaba, no llegábamos a 20° y, cuando nos quejamos, la solución fue darnos un calefactor. El baño estaba arriba, si lo poníamos ahí, la zona de habitación quedaba fría; si lo ponías abajo, no había quien se duchara.
No repetiría.

Sauber, aber unfreundliche Rezeptionisten.
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels war hervorragend. Nicht nur das Zimmer sondern auch das Hotel generell war sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Das Zimmer lag "unter" der Erdoberfläche und hatte kaum Sonnenlicht. Es war zudem sehr sehr hellhörig. Man konnte jeden Schritt hören, was störend war.

受付の方はフレンドリーでとても親切。お部屋も綺麗です。
ボトルがあれば、水はフロントで組み放題なのが良かった。

Cons:

キッチン下のゴミ箱が掃除されておらず、翌日に掃除をお願いしたものの、やはり掃除されていませんでした。
