Lovely staff, good location, free water & coffee at reception, quiet & peaceful area & luggage storage.
I loved my 2 night stay here, I felt safe as a female solo traveller, especially with someone at reception 24/7. I was given a free upgrade which was much appreciated :)
My room was spotless & had lovely big windows so the room had lots of light, there are cosy blackout curtains which is very helpful for sleeping. The bed was so comfortable as well as the pillows, I was very comfortable sleeping here!
The cleaning products & toiletries are all eco friendly which is also great for people with respiratory issues or are sensitive to strong smells.
You can control the heating/AC in the room so I was nice & warm.
The kitchen had everything I needed, I have several food allergies & need to prepare my meals rather than eating out & it was very easy to make & store food here.
Lots of nice lighting which is perfect for people with sensory issues.
The room offered lots of storage & a large full length mirror.
The bathroom was nice as well as the decor.
I woke up to birds singing both mornings :)
I would definitely stay here again.
The only issue was some noisy girls in the room next to me, they were shouting & being loud, which is not the hotels fault. By 2 am I needed to sleep & informed reception, they came right up to help but thankfully the girls next door had either fallen asleep or left. I appreciate that the staff were quick to deal with the situation.
De ligging was perfect. Het privéparkeerplek was heel fijn. We kregen zelfs een gratis upgrade! Zou dit hotel zeker aanraden!
Het ontbijt was wel een beetje overpriced voor wat er was. De scrambled eggs waren bijvoorbeeld erg droog omdat het er al een tijdje lag. Verder was er wel veel keuze!

Es war sehr schmutzig das Bad war nicht wirklich sauber Ecken total dreckig Achtung Bettwanzen meine Beine komplett zerschossen sehr unangenehm
Das Personal naja ich habe einen Parkplatz angefragt sie hat die Nachricht einfach nicht gelesen sorry hieß es das war eine Katastrophe

The hotel is located just off a busy street and is very quiet but also close to the action, and very near to the Metro line - so very easy to get there from Amsterdam Centraal. Inside everything is high quality as nd service is “just so”!
The best place I’ve ever stayed in Amsterdam.
