Wouldn’t stay again
Pros:

The staff were nice

Cons:

The room was extremely dated and nothing like the pictures. The bathroom had rust in and the shower curtain was dirty. There was a cat roaming round which is not in the description and I am allergic to cats.

My impressions. I've already described them above, so I don't want to repeat myself. I just want to
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would like to thank the hotel team for their excellent service.

The reception staff were especially helpful and attentive. When we arrived, we realized that our booked room had a shower rather than a bathtub. Because of my husband's health condition, a bathtub was much more suitable for him. The receptionist kindly offered us the opportunity to view both room options and helped us find a room with a bathtub. Although there was a small additional charge, the way she handled the situation was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. We really appreciated her willingness to help.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Having both a shower and a separate bathtub was perfect for our needs. Housekeeping did a great job throughout our stay, and it was always lovely to return to a clean and tidy room.

We would also like to compliment the breakfast. There was a good variety of food, and everything was freshly prepared and well cooked. As someone with a sensitive stomach, I was especially pleased with the quality of the meals.

Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. We left with only the best impressions and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

All were excellent
