Platsen är bra precis vid stationen
Hotellet är smutsigt. Med doftar av cigaretter och avloppen. Rummet var stor men det har bara ett litet fönster och fläkten fungerar inte. Taket utanför rummet var skadat, och hela hotellet behöver målas om. Frukost var dåligt, om man inte äta stekt mat.
The Queen's Hotel has a wonderful feel about it. It has been updated with modern facilities whilst keeping its fine historic features.
My bathroom door had a little bit of damage, that is all that I can find wrong!
Right across from the railway station so was convenient. Good standard of accommodation. Nice bathroom, welcoming front desk staff.
Our room was by the lift, so a bit of noise overnight. But great breeze through the windows in this heat made fir a good night’s sleep
The staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. I've used hotels all over Europe as well as the UK and this is top5 for me. Thankyou ♥
Convenient to train station , room clean and quiet 10 minutes walk into chester, didn't have breakfast so can't say what that was like .
An old building which the fact that all the walls and floors seemed crooked, testifies to.
Perfect location right across the railway station and close the the centre.
Room was spacious with airco. Beds were comfortable.
Restaurant on site was nice. Staff friendly and helpful.
The courtyard is nice to have breakfast in, but needs to be tended to. Filthy water in the fountain, bits of rubbish everywhere. Wet cushions on the chairs. The courtyard was also the venue for two parties at night so I guess we were lucky not to have a room adjacent to it.
Location was fantastic
Shower must have been blocked, whilst i was showering, the water seeped over the shower tray and flooded the bathroom floor, this stopped my partner from having a shower to try and minimise further flooding/damage!
The roof must have at some point had a leak, as there was stained water damage to the ceiling, which was off putting.
Perfect location just outside the station. No car required. Friendly, helpful staff.
