Overall enjoyable stay
Pros:

Very comfortable bed, convienient for the City Centre. Nice lounge and bar areas.

Cons:

There was a smell on the ground floor corridor constantly. It appeared to be coming from the Gents toilets.
Breakfast a bit disappointing.

Pros:

The public areas are very well maintained. It's what you see when you first arrive, and you are Very impressed. Staff excellent. Restaurant food excellent. The SHOWER was great. Very hot and power wonderful.

Cons:

Unfortunately bedrooms very poorly maintained and serviced. Things not being replaced in room, once used . Everything needed a good deep clean.

Staff were lovely, the space was fantastic, and the convenient location was perfect

A few areas in the room were a bit grubby - the lampshades were quite visibly dirty which was disappointing given how lovely the space was

Fantastic hotel and would recommend.
Pros:

There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. The decor is beautiful, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect and this will be our chosen accommodation when we return to Chester.
