Un séjour magnifique dans un hôtel d’exception
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au White Swan de Guangzhou.

L’hôtel est absolument magnifique, idéalement situé au bord de la rivière des Perles. Notre suite était superbe, spacieuse, élégante et très confortable.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par un personnel souriant, attentionné et d’un professionnalisme irréprochable. La qualité du service a été remarquable tout au long de notre séjour.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le buffet du déjeuner, qui propose un choix impressionnant de plats de grande qualité.

Petit point à améliorer : le lounge offre un excellent choix de boissons, mais la sélection de nourriture reste assez limitée et répétitive pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Malgré cette petite réserve, le White Swan est un établissement exceptionnel que nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Pros:

Situé dans la presqu'île de Shamian voici un véritable hôtel 5 étoiles. Tout y est impeccable et le personnel irréprochable, en plus, c'est le premier hôtel en Chine où presque tout le monde parlait anglais. Et l'Isle de Shamian est vraiment très paisible, calme et agréable. Très bonne localisation

Wonderful experience of outstanding hospitality in a very well located luxury hotel
Pros:

Outstanding staff in Executive Lounge. Took care of everything at both check in and check out.
Warm hosts when I was using the Executive Lounge.
Special mention of Serena and Daniel - who really did go out of their way to assist and make guests welcome.
It was a busy time with Canton fair, but nothing was a trouble for these very competent and professional staff
