Pros:

房间干净整洁，还算符合5星标准。

Cons:

自助早餐很一般，款式多，但味道太普通了，听闻白天鹅的点心很有特色，但在自助餐里的那些中式点心如一般的饮茶餐厅，住了4晚，吃了4顿早餐，中式点心只浅尝过一次，现煮的粉面汤也没什么味道，令人失望！

Air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted,the temperature was set very low and didn’t change no matter what you do,very inconvenient,had to just turn it off at night

整体水平比上次入住有进步，希望前台的年轻女孩更有亲和力一点
Pros:

环境优美，客房、礼宾部员工服务很好，非常干净整洁。

Cons:

前台有两个年轻女孩子并没有太耐心，还喜欢用双眼直勾勾看人，带一点挑衅的感觉。相反一个叫“廖展庭”的男孩子很和蔼和有耐心，非常赞扬他的服务态度。
希望酒店设一些带洗衣机和干衣机的房间，方便客户选择之余，能留下更多客户。

Despite traveling during the rainy season, this hotel made our stay absolutely perfect.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were highly professional and spoke excellent English. We were warmly welcomed by Kevin, the reception manager, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

The room service was outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail. Housekeeping cleaned and organized everything thoroughly each day, including every bottle and item we had used, and promptly replenished all amenities and supplies. Thanks to their excellent service, we felt completely carefree and comfortable every night.

The buffet breakfast at The River Café was delicious, and the restaurant offers one of the most beautiful river views we have ever experienced at any hotel.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Canton and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.
