The ocean view and the environment

The view was amazing. The room was so comfortable!
They are doing a lot of construction on the property so none of the amenities were available. (Which is okay i’ll probably be back later this year and they might be available)
Location was great. Having a studio with kitchen and balcony was why we chose it. One bed was comfy.
You didnt disclose that this was a self check in access code place or send the room # &code till I called. That was after other residents explained to us how booking.com worked there. Our beach view was a horrible northern10% 2 o'clock slice of beach and mostly of road, neighborhoring buildings &construction. AC was noisy! The bathroom light strobed. The toilet ran. The balcony was dirty. No amenities! Major construction going on on the building.

The room was clean.
They didn't advertise that the balcony for the room was unacceptable due to construction. I paid extra for a balcony with oceanfront views and did not know that it could not be used until I got here. The pool is also unacceptable due to construction.
The balcony was not available during my stay, total bummer. Other than that, it was a lovely place.
Gorgeous ocean view and quiet area. Everything you could need is within walking distance. The lady that works the 7-11 across the street is a bit crabby but she grows on you! The lady that manages the building is very nice and as helpful as possible. The balcony just sits there and teases you...the door is RIGHT THERE..but alas..unatainable..3 stars

The bugs that were in the unit. We contacted the property on 9/13 first thing in the morning, they expressed there was no other rooms available for us to move too. They said they would send the pest control company through to spray which never happened. They also stated they would change out the television due to the outer red ring around the edge of the TV. Then come to find out there were absolutely no amenities due to the entire property under construction. Under Florida law (F.S, §83.51) you are obligated to provide clean, pest free accommodations or arrange alternative lodging at your expense. Which was started to the property in messages. See attached photos for verification.
I thought I paid for an ocean facing private balcony. Instead I got a balcony facing another hotel and overlooking construction work. I thought I got the most deluxe room for the price this was definitely not worth it
Some things need to be replaced and cleaned show rod old and rusted the top of refrigerator dirty in side of refrigerator temperature need to be adjusted the ceiling fan need to be clean dust falls off and there was no bed lining didn’t met any staff all communication was txt
It definitely could have been cleaner. There was dirt that has built up on the overhead fan, we did not turn the fan on as we didn't want dirt flying. The bedspread looked like it had a urine stain on it.

It was not clean at all. Cabinets were damaged, and the fridge was so dirty I didn't want to put anything g in it . Also, the property was under construction, and none of the amenities were available. Which the owner conveniently did not mention. I would not recommend to anyone.
Nice clean room with great water view!
The condo itself was okay. We really couldn’t sit out on the balcony due to one of the chairs having a hole in it so 2 of us couldn’t sit in one chair. The bathtub was very slippery and needed a mat down to keep you from falling. No grippers on the shower to hold onto so taking a shower was a challenge. The toilet paper didn’t have a holder so it lived on the back of the toilet. Going down to the beach you had to walk around the whole building carrying all your stuff which made it very difficult. The pool wasn’t working and there wasn’t anywhere to swim other than the ocean. Other than that it was an okay place to stay for the weekend. May not go back there.

Everything the place had beds low to the floor hard as a rock and let’s not talk about the curtains that didn’t cover the windows so at 6 in the morning the light is hitting you in your face. Almost killed myself in the shower as you step in your touching the ceiling please avoid this place. No staff to welcome you just a text message to tell
