Pirates Cove Resort Studios!

No me gustó la oferta deshonesta y fraudulenta que describía con palabras y con fotos un estudio o habitación con vista directa al mar, entre otros, dentro de un supuesto hotel con piscina y acceso directo a la playa.
Las áreas comunes son un riesgo, el hotel está destrozado, la piscina no existe, el acceso a la playa es por fuera...mentiras y más mentiras, no hay nadie a quién dirigirse, es un lugar como de película de terror con un radio sonando 24 horas que da mucho miedo...ese lugar necesita una investigación por parte de las autoridades

The ad was misleading. There were NO amenities at the resort. The pool is a construction site and the building is a disaster. Even though there were no amenities I was still charged a $59.00 resort fee. The room was dirty and unsafe. The door had a broken lock, there were exposed electrical wires, there was mold in the coffee maker, and several other little things that just should have been corrected in my opinion. I own several condos that I rent in NSB and I suggest you put some money into this unit and fix it up.

I did not like the caution tape in the parking lot and the caution signs on the doors. The doors had bars on them and in the front entrance, the desk had bars on it. It looked like a crime scene had taken place there, so my kids and I were scared and left. We did not end up staying. I am very disappointed.

In the property description direct access to beach, pool, washing machine and gym available for guests. Main reason I selected this property when traveling with kids.
Property was destroyed and is being renovated so no access to pool, washing machine or gym. Access to the beach from a public road not directly from the property. In addition construction noises start after 8 am, including weekends. Smoke detector in the draw rather than on the wall. Smell of mold .

They are doing a lot of construction on the property so none of the amenities were available. (Which is okay i’ll probably be back later this year and they might be available)

You didnt disclose that this was a self check in access code place or send the room # &code till I called. That was after other residents explained to us how booking.com worked there. Our beach view was a horrible northern10% 2 o'clock slice of beach and mostly of road, neighborhoring buildings &construction. AC was noisy! The bathroom light strobed. The toilet ran. The balcony was dirty. No amenities! Major construction going on on the building.

They didn't advertise that the balcony for the room was unacceptable due to construction. I paid extra for a balcony with oceanfront views and did not know that it could not be used until I got here. The pool is also unacceptable due to construction.

The bugs that were in the unit. We contacted the property on 9/13 first thing in the morning, they expressed there was no other rooms available for us to move too. They said they would send the pest control company through to spray which never happened. They also stated they would change out the television due to the outer red ring around the edge of the TV. Then come to find out there were absolutely no amenities due to the entire property under construction. Under Florida law (F.S, §83.51) you are obligated to provide clean, pest free accommodations or arrange alternative lodging at your expense. Which was started to the property in messages. See attached photos for verification.

Some things need to be replaced and cleaned show rod old and rusted the top of refrigerator dirty in side of refrigerator temperature need to be adjusted the ceiling fan need to be clean dust falls off and there was no bed lining didn’t met any staff all communication was txt
