Pros:

-lobby area was great!
-large breakfast selection
-good location

Cons:

-Crystal at time of check in was very dismissive and unhelpful. She did not tell us our room number, times for breakfast, check out, nothing. She was very obviously more interested in a young gentleman hanging out at the desk!
-zero storage in the room, no room to even lay out a suitcase
-room was very small, not even room for a nightstand on one side of bed.
-no safe, no clock, no microwave, no coffee maker
-shower was dirty
-awkward access to the building, especially when parking way out back near the pool. It was a very long walk with heavy suitcases around the front of the building or to the side of the building
-rock hard beds...ROCK hard and pillows were way too soft. We had neck/upper back pain after first night

Great place to stay
Pros:

Well lit at night . Plenty of parking .
Great breakfast . Absolutely love the coffee brand that you used. The staff that takes care of the breakfast was very tentative and when things ran out, she would go and fill them up.
If I could make a few suggestion since house cleaning only comes every other day, it might be useful if they could put two extra bath towels, which would be a total of 4.
Also, the TV guide there’s no paper explanation on how to work the TV. Like we clicked on Netflix, but we couldn’t get it because we had to sign in. A list of the channels available would be helpful. But other than that, we had a great stay would stay with you guys again when we come back next year.

Bring your own pillow and it's great
Pros:

Easy check in, decent size room and decent water pressure.

Cons:

I can forgive the bed being a little firmer than I like but I will never understand why every single hotel has pillows that are basically mush. You could have stacked all 4 on top of each other and still found yourself with your head flat on the mattress. It made sleeping difficult.

The room was nice, but the breakfast was a disaster.
Pros:

There were no truly healthy options. The scrambled eggs were terrible tasting (they were not real eggs)and the oatmeal was not cooked thoroughly. The sausage was mystery meat, awful texture and taste.

Cons:

Real meat sausage and real scrambled eggs. Steel cut oatmeal that is thoroughly cooked with berries. Sourdough bread as an option to sandwich slices.A better tea selection also.
