Very wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

The room, the service, the breakfast, and the atmosphere at this hotel was very nice and friendly, and I loved the fact that our room had a smart tv instead of us having to hook up our own device so that we could stream movies, which is a pain at some locations. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do as well.

Cons:

The bed was the only thing we disliked, as for us the bed was too firm/hard. We are a younger couple and stayed two nights, and both of us were sore in the morning from the stiff bed, but otherwise everything else was great!

Pros:

Breakfast was ok and everything else was ok

Cons:

The staff accused my wife of stealing breakfast when she clearly was a resident of the hotel. They made smart remarks and made her very uncomfortable. Would’ve been a very good place to staff if the staff wasn’t so rude

My stay was absolutely amazing. The room and space was excellent.
Pros:

It was close to restaurants, shopping centers, and conveniently located near the highway and airport.

Cons:

The number of people walking dogs near the parking lot was a little too much but it was ok

The location was easily accessible. The hotel itself was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

There definitely were some minor issues. The overall cleanliness of our room was suspect, and I highly recommend that the management staff look into some detail cleaning. The underside of our shower surround step was absolutely filthy and had mold growth all over. The floor planks were pulling apart in many areas, and some of the gaps were quite substantial. Our body wash container was empty, and it took 2 requests to get a new one. We stayed multiple nights so we requested some fresh towels on the morning of the 2nd day and when we got back to our room early that evening, the dirty towels were still piled next to the door, and no new ones had yet been delivered. Made an additional trip to the desk to get towels and soap, and was successful on that trip, however, we were given gym towels, and found out the next morning that one of them was ripped up pretty badly. And the AC unit in the room is incredibly loud.
Not trying to be harsh, but the overall experience was not great.

My room wasn’t clean. Pulled our covers back and somebody had had sex or something on the bed and the sheets were never changed. There was even crumbs and crusty !!!!! asked for a refund and left and still have not heard word back. That was the seventh. This is now 15 March 2026. Would not recommend.

My room had literally no connection on the tv. I have a pet allergy so the air quality is awful.

Cons:

The musky odor that the entire building holds. The rooms are not allergy friendly and very stale smelling linen. You can smell the pet odors as well.

Nice place, but couldn’t top notch with small improvements
Pros:

The property was very clean and in a great location.

Cons:

It could have been more comfortable. The bed was stiff, and I kept hitting my leg when I walked past the corner of the bed. Also, there was a limited amount of pillows and bedding. The bathroom only had less than a half roll of toilet paper, and three Kleenex sticking out of the top of the box. Also, it would have been nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in while watching tv.
