I'll never stay, especially for the ridiculously high price of $117, in a Tru & will let other Uhau

It was ok: plain vanilla yogurt in a dispenser with no fruit to mix in....why not? Orange juice was very good. All out of jams except Concord Grape....yet again, why? For the price that was paid for the room, I'd rate Tru, on a 1-10 scale with 10 being GREAT OVERALL I'd rate Tru a 3 out of 10 for LOTS OF REASONS!

Cons:

Oops....look above for several DID NOT LIKE and add these:
1. I drove a Uhaul and parked in the very back as to not block anyone in or inconvenience others, trying to navigate around my truck. That being said: for WHATEVER VERY, VERY DUMB READON, the door to the back lot is LOCKED AFTER 9 PM! WHY?! If a customer has a key they should be able to get in and out of ANY DOOR ON THE PROPERTY! To top off the very inconvenient need to go to the OPPOSITE SIDE, HALF WAY TO THE FRONT OF THE BUILDING, IT WAS RAINING 🌧 AND THE 1ST SIDE I WENT ON HAD NO SIDE ENTRANCE AT ALL! BAD, BAD.... I WAS DRENCHED BY THE TIME I FINALLY FOUND THE ONLY SIDE DOOR I WAS PISSED!!
2. I was put on the 4th floor....ok... BUT I needed ice and there's ice ONLY ON THE 1ST FLOOR?! YET AGAIN, WHY??!! RIDICULOUS!!
3. No microwave in the room? I had to go down 4 floors, to the front of the building to microwave something to eat!! By the time I did this and got my ice on the 1st FLOOR ONKY, MY MEAL WAS COKD!!

Not a place I would stay at again.
Pros:

Staff and room were very good.

Cons:

Bed was terrible mattress moved when you moved and bed made lots of cracking noises cuz it was on a platform. People had kids and let them jump and run making tons of noise until after 10pm. The adults were yelling too. Coffee was offered 24/7 but I got a cup at 3 am and it was stone cold.

Pros:

The property was nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. Hubby played pool in lobby all night, while others played cards. Very friendly establishment. Breakfast was delicious as well. Would stay here again.

Sleepless at the TRU
Pros:

I liked the soft towels and bath products.

Cons:

Sleepless night due to a loud air conditioner and fan and inconsiderate guests. Around 10 pm, there was a dog fight outside of my hotel room. From 10 pm to 3 am, I heard slamming doors. At 4:30 am, someone walked through the hall singing very loudly. From 5:00am to 830am, there was ice collection noise.
Room 110. There was a urine smell around the toilet. The thermostat and TV had a bright light, which I covered with towels. The pillows and mattress were not comfortable.
