Mauvaise expérience
Pros:

La chambre en tant que telle était grande, la douche sympathique (avec des bons produits) et le mit confortable.
La possibilité du minibar est pratique si vous avez une envie sucrée.
Nous avons petit déjeuner au restaurant de l'hôtel et c'était bien (le service et le petit déjeuner).
Les hôtesses étaient gentilles

Cons:

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour avoir un coin spa / jacuzzi. En arrivant, l'hôtesse nous a prévenu que le jacuzzi n'était pas fonctionnel à cause d'une maintenance, qu'il fallait les prévenir 1h avant de pouvoir profiter du sauna (le temps de le chauffer). 1h plus tard, en descendant nous sommes tombées sur un espace glauque, avec des insectes morts et vivants un peu partout, du matériel de travaux dans l'espace bains turques (donc inaccessible) et 1 seul lit de pierres chaudes (style transat chauffant) qui fonctionne sur 3... vraiment DÉCEVANT ! Vraiment très sale comme endroit... En remontant nous avons demandé à avoir un geste de leur part pour compenser ce manque (l'accès à ce qui se trouve dans le minibar de notre chambre gratuitement). Les hôtesses nous ont dit qu'elles avaient déjà fait un geste en offrant l'accès au spa alors que c'est 15€ par heure normalement... UNE HONTE ! Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel qui est assez loin de tout finalement.

Sans compter la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres qui fait que vous entendez tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs de l'hôtel.

My favorite hotel from my trip through Montenegro and Serbia!
Pros:

New, well designed, clean. Very friendly staff who all speak English. Super peaceful environment. I wish I had discovered this place sooner and we had been able to stay more than one night

Cons:

To see the 3 dogs tied up all day/ night across from property. It broke my heart. Note that they are not affiliated with hotel.

Offering spa that is not working.
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The reason for choosing this hotel was the spa.
Jacuzzi and Turkish bath were not working only the sauna.
I realized that it was for a while.
The management should have mentioned that in their offer and amend the price accordingly.
So anyone who wants Spa do not go there.

A big disapointing. The registration staff is not welcoming and not professional
Pros:

The breakfast and the staff there were very nice.

Cons:

The reception team was unkind and not welcoming. The other staff members were wonderful. When I told the receptionists what they were asking me to do and how they were doing it, which I had never experienced in hotels, I was told that these were the boss's instructions. The shower in the room was not working properly. I will not come to this place again.

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet! Das Frühstück sehr lecker und ausreichend!
