The stay was magical for Christmas, it special place to relax and enjoy.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel. Staff were fab. Very clean. Lovely en suite with bath. Great bar and bar food. Huge breakfast. Gym and pool. Very handy for shops etc. Right beside train station.

A wonderful experience as always in the beauty rooms
Pros:

As always, 5 star visit. From the moment I walk into the Great Southern for a massage, the care and attention to ensuring a memorable experience is 1st class. All the staff are so friendly, treatment rooms are perfect and therapists are so good at their job. Could not fault any time I have been in for a massage.

Fabulous hotel with warm friendly staff throughout
Pros:

We recently stayed in at the Great Southern Killarney and we were not disappointed with our stay. Once we had checked in we were escorted to our accommodation which happened to be one of the apartments in the Railway Cottage located near the hotel entrance. The apartment had 2 large ensuite bedrooms (one with double bed & the other with 2 single beds). This was ideal especially when one of us snores!! The kitchen/dining and seating area was large and well equipped with a welcome plate of gingerbread cookies and our own Christmas tree. The apartment and hotel were spotless inside and out. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming from our arrival to our departure. Breakfast was excellent and we were lucky enough to be seated near the open fire. It was delightful to observe the waiting staff's warm hospitality and the leisure in which they spoke with guests. The location was excellent as with a short walk a shopping centre is located nearby and across the road were many restaurants and bars. Overall an enjoyable experience, great value for money and would highly recommend staying here.
