Pros:

Location, staff and ambience once you walked through the door

Cons:

My friend had 3 bumblebees in her bedroom. I captured one and a male member of staff kindly captured the other two. I was surprised neither of our rooms had any bottled water in the rooms. My poached eggs at breakfast were way undercooked.

Lovely breakfast

Cons:

Room on arrival wasnt clean. Someones hair found on bathroom floor, in bath and in shower apon arrival.

Pros:

The staff were so welcoming and friendly especially to my 2 year old. It was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Cons:

The pool was out of order temporarily which was disappointing but the staff were very apologetic.

Pros:

We were allocated a beautiful large room with a fantastic spacious bathroom and a free standing bath which i really enjoyed! Thank ye so much for the upgrade...it was a lovely break away.A beautiful hotel with great staff, keep up the great work.

Family break.
Pros:

Brilliant location. Short walking distance to the town centre.
Atmosphere relaxed and cosy, really like the decor especially the pineapple inspired lights and decorations.
Spacious room for our family of 4, exceptional bathroom and shower. Comfortable beds. However the location of our room was not ideal given we were travelling with small children, bags and a buggy, could only be accessed via stairs so was a bit inconvenient.
Rooms and hotel itself were clean and tidy, our room was serviced each day.
Small amount of noise from the road but did not bother us, no noise from weddings that were on during our stay.
Good amenities, enjoyed the coffee machine in the bedroom. And the pool was lovely. It would be great if there was a small playroom for rainy days when the playground isn’t accessible.
Good value for money considering the location. Food was exceptional, really enjoyed the breakfast especially the green dawn bowl.
