Exceptional place, everything was on point, staff are superb. The doorman, who I’ve encountered over numerous visits, is a HUGE asset to the hotel. (My memory fails me on his name!)
It rained (not their fault lol!)
Hands down had the nicest check in lady ever. Her name was Ciara and she was so helpful. Really made us feel welcome. Our room was beautiful. So clean and well maintained. Fab Rainforest Shower! The staff are so helpful and friendly. The grounds of the hotel are lovely to walk in also. I had a wonderful facial and massage in the spa with a lovely therapist called Lena. I was given 2 little fruit kebabs after my treatment which was a nice touch. Our bedroom was serviced once per day with an addition night turn down service which was lovely
When I go to a hotel I just relish the spa. The treatment and treatment room were great but the waiting room and lack of peaceful chillout area afterwards wasn't great. The waiting room was at the bottom of a stairs in an almost hallway. On booking I was told there was a chillout area over looking the garden. It did overlook the garden but it was in the leisure pool (not very quiet or serene) and there were only 2 loungers when were already taken.
Staff were very attentive

Nice location, has a beautiful garden and the staff are of the nicest people I’ve ever met
We were upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise as it was an anniversary night away.
The property is really pretty. Great location in Killarney. Close to restaurants and attractions.
Stayed in railway residence. The property was hotter than blazes when we got there and not all windows worked, had to prop windows open with kitchen utensils. It took three separate trips to the reception desk to get key cards that would open the doors. Washing machine didn't dry clothing. Parking was not well communicated or well marked as we had to move our car three times. Our breakfast order took forever as the staff didn't put it in and what we received was marginal.
The staffs are so professional and kind. The room was bright and cozy & There was lots of option for breakfast.
The fire alarm kept going off and that was a bit annoying specially at night. I understand that they were trying to fix it but it was disappointing and disturbing.
Lovely hotel. Friendly staff.
Stunning historical hotel with professional, exceedingly helpful staff from A to Z.
Nothing. It was all 100% fabulous.
Meet 5 star hotel standard. Staffs are extremely friendly and deliver what you need efficiently. Very satisfied with this stay. My kid is also happy with the surprise from the hotel. Really appreciate it.
Breakfast is not diversified. Under the 5 star hotel standard.
We met Ciara at reception, who was very friendly, but when we rang reception because the coffee machine was not working, she said she would send someone straight away to sort it out, but nobody came to fix it, so we couldn't have a morning coffee either. Very disappointed.
