Wonderful
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms. We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday there. The staff were fantastic, so efficient and friendly. They took care of our every need. We booked the picture room for her celebration dinner. Everything was perfect. Lovely food. Friendly datáfono. Beautiful location. We couldnt have asked for more.

Not a 5 star hotel standard. Expect location, nothing worth the value.

Cons:

The room was not clean, I wiped the surface of the sink and there was a thick layer of dust. The window is not sealed properly, constant cold droughts are blowing right into the room. Heater is not working, have to call reception to turn the air conditions on, and not only it is really loud, and always shut itself down.

I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Killarney.
Pros:

I loved the property in general, the location to town (so walkable), the location for transport -- we arrived by train and it was a breeze. Breakfast is amazing and our room was outstanding. I also really liked the bar area at night -- fantastic bar tenders and a beautiful space with a fire place.

Cons:

I was not expecting so many tourists (the lobby was full each morning with bus tour people) but it didn't really make a difference in our experience.
