Pros:

The room was a really good size having plenty of space for luggage. The staff were helpful and friendly especially Augustine who told us about the history of the hotel while we enjoyed a drink in the bar in the evening.

Cons:

The steep staircases were a bit difficult but we knew in advance and managed ok.

Un joli séjour dans un hôtel agréable & parfaitement situé
Pros:

L’emplacement & l’accueil était parfait!

Cons:

Être au dernier étage! (Les escaliers après beaucoup de marche dans Amsterdam sont rudes)
Le réglage de l’eau dans la salle de bain et son côté sommaire.

Pros:

The location was very convenient to Central Station. It was about a 6 minute walk. It was very safe at night with many stores and shops open. The room was spacious and recently refurbished.

Cons:

There were soooooo many stairs. Carrying a suitcase up the steep winding staircase was very very difficult with the small steps. Coming down was difficult also.

Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber rundherum gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken, auf dem Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine

Pros:

la habitacion era de un tamaño perfecto y el lavabo era precioso

Cons:

las escaleras son holandesas, es decir, estrechas y muy verticales, pero no se puede construir un ascensor debido a la estructura de amsterdam

I enjoyed it . I was impressed with the how clean the hotel is .
Pros:

Location , friendly staff Joana and the two Gentlemen. Forgot their names .
Cleanliness is 100%

Cons:

The stairs case . Very very uncomfortable and risky when you have to carry your heavy luggages/suitcases up and back down.
Single beds are very narrow.
