A couple of days in Amsterdam
Pros:

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Snacks and drinks were available if required. Our room (36) was spacious and very quiet. There was a tv and tea/coffee facilities in the room which was unexpected.

Cons:

Nothing at all. There were quite a few steps to our room but only to be expected in the tall, narrow buildings of Amsterdam.

Staff cordialissimo e attento

Cons:

Porte sottilissime e mal insonorizzate.
Le camere sono molto datate e molto meno belle rispetto alle foto.
Hanno subito un attacco informatico e ora continuo a ricevere phishing su whatsapp.

Pros:

The staff were great. A/C worked well, room was tidy, clean and comfortable (albeit small), nice bathroom. There was a noisy neighbor talking loudly on his phone in the early evening and they shut it down. Great location, 5 minutes to Centraal Station

Cons:

No breakfast (but lots of options nearby) and no lift. As a 64 year old with 2 new knees lugging my suitcase and daypack to the 3rd (European) floor it was a bit daunting.

Mily, wygodny pobyt w poblizu Dworca.
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Pokoj czysty i wygodny! Dziekujemy za kawe i herbate w pokoju, to duzy plus! Obsluga bardzo mila - gdy poprosilismy dostalismy dodatkowe kapsulki z kawa i mlekiem, oraz lyzeczki i noz, by przygotowac posilek dzieciom.

Cons:

wszystko nam sie podobalo. Trzeba brac pod uwage, ze hotel ma duzo waskich schodow, wiec jest troche noszenia walizki / wozka / dziecka. My o tym wiedzielismy i sie na to zdecydowalismy, wiec OK. Nie zawazylo to na naszej ocenie hotelu.
