Enganados na hora de pagar a conta.
Pros:

Hotel é bom. Porém no check out já tínhamos passado o cartão e tudo ai o atendente nos chamou e disse que tinha feito a cobrança errada. Questionei e primeiramente disseram que a cobrança era o imposto IVA. Questionei novamente, pois sei que o estrangeiro não paga esse imposto. Aí me falaram que a cobrança a mais (800 pesos) era a comissão do hoteis.com. Enfim, ficamos no prejuízo. Não se hospedem nesse hotel.

Pros:

A new place, spacious rooms and good service. They have garages. The only problem is that the staff is not informed to receive foreign tourists. They charged me VAT. being that I informed them that they should not do it because I have documentation that allows me to receive that benefit. un lugar nuevo, habitaciones amplias y buena atencion. tienen cocheras. el único problema es que el personal no está informado para recibir turistas extranjeros. ellos me cobraron el IVA. siendo que les informé que no debían hacerlo por que tengo documentación que me permiten recibir ese beneficio.
