Goed personeel, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi resort, mooie natuur.

Personál na úrovni.
Ugrade ze Superior na Suite zdarma.
Příjemné prostředí (park a zahrada) mezi ubytovacími domky.
Čisté pokoje (až na hůře vysáté koberce).
Na pokoji je klima i topení (v únoru je v noci chladno).
Výborné snídaně i večeře formou bufetu.
Pěkný a udržovaný bazén s lehátky a obsluhou.
Bankomat (ATM) přímo v hotelu.
Výborná dostupnost do Grand Egyptian Museum (5km) a k pyramidám (9km).
Rušná cesta u hotelu nebyla v pokoji téměř slyšet.

Cons:

Velmi pomalý internet přes WiFi (asi 2 Mbit).
Některé vybavení v koupelně ve špatném stavu.
Na Egypt vysoké ceny pití (1.5l voda $3.5, pivo $8, sklenka vína $12).
Nejste v centru, ale u 6ti proudové cesty, takže z hotelu nejde jít nikam pěšky a do centra je to daleko (tohle řeší Uber).
Za toto hotel nemůže, ale často byl v oblasti velmi nekvalitní vzduch (smog, prach a zápach).

Exceptional staff, great facilities, big garden for your kids
Pros:

The resort is great, nice garden and playground for smaller kids, rich selection for breakfast and dinner and with uber you can get to the GEM or the pyramids within 10-25 minutes. What makes it truly exceptional on the other hand is the staff. We just want to thank you for Maria and everyone else for being always present when needed with extra care and kindness towards our son. We had a terrific time here, I honestly can recommend this place.

Ama otelin temel sorunu iklimlendirme. 7 oda kiralamıştım 3 odada problem yaşadık odalar çok geç ısınıyor 3 defa teknik servis çağırmak zorunda kaldık.

Definitely worth recommending!
Pros:

Hotel is near New Museum, super relaxing with nice environment. Hearty breakfast, large in-room bathroom. The nice staff helped with check-in (name tag missed), check-out smooth, all staff friendly & polite. Great value hotel in Egypt.

Cons:

Small feedback:the terrace facilities and sound insulation could be improved.
