Fantastic
Pros:

Great resort, very friendly staff, room and bathroom with space and very clean. Restaurant and buffet very decent. Play room and kids park great.

Clean, modern bathrooms.
Pros:

The resort was clean, beautiful and the staff was so kind. They quickly remedied any issues and made our stay, wonderful. I would love to stay there again when I return in the summer. It is one of the nicest resorts in Giza. The bathroom was so clean and way to get ready in.

Hotel ideale sia a livello della qualità che della posizione, particolarmente indicata per visitare piramidi e nuovo mus
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella e tranquilla. Il buffet della colazione è molto ben fornito e i prodotti sono di qualità. Le camere sono ampie e molto pulite e si affacciano su dei giardini molto curati.

Cons:

La struttura dispone di due ristoranti di cui purtroppo uno era chiuso. Il ristorante aperto forniva solo cibo a buffet e non à la carte. Tuttavia alla nostra segnalazione dí questo piccolo disagio, lo staff ha reagito con molta gentilezza offrendoci due cene e il trasporto verso l’aeroporto.

Terrible Service Not Worth It,had to cancel
Pros:

Very poor customer service experience. I had to wait for a long time without receiving proper assistance, and the staff were not friendly or helpful at all. The receptionist, in particular, has very weak English and poor communication skills and never provides clear or direct answers.

Because of this experience, I decided to cancel my reservation. Unfortunately, this gave me a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this place

Pros:

Dicht bij het museum. Hoofddoel van bezoek aan Cairo
Ligging kamers. Grote kamer en badkamer.

Cons:

Het avondeten . 5 dagen koud eten (soep,vlees , Kip etc )weinig variatie en keuze aanbod aan magere kant.
Dit hebben we ter plekke met manager bespoken.
