Food and the room plus the location
Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten, der ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ist. Obwohl das Haus direkt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße unweit vom neuen Museum und den Pyramiden liegt, ist es sehr ruhig und man hat das Gefühl sich in einem abgeschirmten Park zu befinden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Küche ausgezeichnet. Unser Zimmer war vermutlich neu renoviert und war super.
In unserer bisher 2 wöchigen Reise bisher das schönste Hotel, zu einem guten Preis.
Proximity to the pyramids of Giza.. gardens.. pool area albeit spoiled by dreadful music blaring out.
Spa not operational.. gym looked disused and empty.. machines not plugged in .. neither were expecting anyone.
The Hotel is good value for Money.
Location to Pyramids and GEM is almost ideal not really walkable but a short Uber ride away.
The gaming room needs a refresh of all elements.
It would be really nice if the Pool were heated.
All considered we would stay there again if looking for a stay close to the Pyramids and GEM.
Fantastic location to visit the pyramids and the grand museum.

Pool person was very attentive a courteous, maintenance person tried to show how AC works, manager was nice, breakfast was good. Gardener(s) are very talentef: this place is gorgeous.
Bed was only 190cm(?) long, my feet were hanging in the air. Glass and screws found in the playground sand. AC was not working correctly: we had it on non-stop but it did not hold temp at 24C, but instead dropped to 18C during night, causing loss of sleep. Staff were very indifferent to the point of being rude (this is no Fairmont). We are always very friendly to all the staff, but they seemed happy to get rid of us fast as possible. Pool is heated yes but only 24C, it's not good for children. Room service is confused: i would order, they would confirm by reciting back, we would hang up, they would call again to confirm a second time. They have some kind of taxi scheme setup: they would not allow Uber pickups drom the courtyard, but instead sent us to the side of the highway with our 3yo) - his went on untill the Manager noticed and scolded the taxi-responsibles. Their taxis are 50$, uber 4$. These are just the things I can recall. This is the first time I have to leave a bad review. This is what you are getting into..
The recently redecorated rooms were nice. The grounds were very clean and buffet food nice.
The interconnecting door meant we were kept awake by our neighbours. Make sure you avoid these rooms!
Many guests arrive in coach parties late at night and leave very early in the morning. This can be disturbing to other guests. The restaurant had the air conditioning on when it was already cold. Many guests were eating in winter coats, which the staff seemed to ignore.
The hotel itself is lovely. It appeared clean and well maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Wi-Fi worked well, and overall the property gave a good first impression.
Unfortunately, what really spoiled the experience for me was the service in the bar area. The staff there seemed poorly trained and lacked basic professionalism and awareness of customer service. It often felt disorganised, and getting served was frustratingly slow.
It’s a shame because the hotel itself has a lot going for it, but the bar service noticeably let the overall experience down. With better staff training and attention to service, this could easily be a much better experience for guests.

Being our first visit to Egypt, we were a little anxious regarding our accommodation. On arrival we were very impressed with the resort. The staff were friendly and very helpful from the start. Another worry was the food but again the worry was short lived it was amazing. I can highly recommend the Jaz Pyramids Resort in Giza. Thanks for the memory.
