We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed.
A special thank you to Mohammed Abutrika, as well as Mohammed Adel, Maria, and Bassmalla, for their exceptional hospitality and for making our stay truly special and memorable.
The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the swimming pool was absolutely stunning, adding a perfect touch of relaxation and luxury to our experience.
Overall, it was an excellent stay with outstanding service. Highly recommended, and we would definitely come back!

البراد في الغرفة مايبرد بحال جبت مشاريب تضطر تجيب من عندهم لو من برا جبت اكلك مافي مكرويف في الفندق كله
والاهم المواصلات صعبة جداااا اكاد ان يكون نادر اوبر يقبل طلبك بسبب الموقع بعيد جدا ، يومين ورا بعض بنص اليل المكيف يخرب يضطرو ينقلونا لغرفة تانية . تجربتنا كانت سيئ جدا وملاحظة مو بس انا كنا عيلة من 30 شخص قريب 6-7 غرف كلنا نفس التجربة

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at JAZ Pyramids Resort in Cairo! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with everything we needed and made us feel very well taken care of.
We arrived very early in the morning, and even though the official check-in time was 2:00 PM, they kindly allowed us to check into our room as early as 9:00 AM. We truly appreciated this, especially after traveling.
The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, and we had a great night’s sleep. The location is also excellent, close to the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids.
We highly recommend JAZ Pyramids Resort and would happily stay here again.

Exceptional Hospitality and Service
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were truly impressed by the quality of service throughout our visit. The team was extremely helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Check-in was remarkably quick, and we were able to receive our room in a very short time. We also greatly appreciated the complimentary upgrade to a higher room category.
The food was excellent, with a great variety and different selections every day. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was also very good, which made our stay even more comfortable.
A special thank you to Maria, who was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and professional. She personally followed up with us throughout our stay and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference.
Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality and for making our stay such a pleasant and memorable experience. We highly appreciate your efforts and look forward to staying with you again.
