5 Star all the way.
Pros:

Everything was great about this place. The staff, the amazing pool area, and bar. The food was very good, and breakfast options were fantastic. It was a nice, clean, quiet oasis away from the chaos of Cairo. I would highly recommend the JAZ Pyramids resort to anybody who wants to stay next to the main attractions. the rooms are very comfortable, nice hot water, and cold AC. 5 stars in my book.

Cons:

they were remodeling some rooms while I was there (off season). but it wasn't an issue for me.

Wonderful, truly enjoyed my time there.
Pros:

Jaz Pyramids, is a really great resort. The staff is incredibly kind, Mohamed Ibrahim, Haitham, and Amr are some people that really stood out for being incredibly helpful. The resort was really clean, quiet and beautiful. I really enjoyed my stayed there again! It is also close to restaurants and pyramids/ museums.

Cons:

The room service menu changed, there should be more options, especially if you have kids. But you can order food to the resort.

I would definitely return, despite the bizarre 20% price hike.
Pros:

The staff are amazing - kareem (generous) and genuinely welcoming. Youssef in reception for example, Mohammed managing the bar. The pool feels wonderful after a long day at the pyramids. Very accessible to the GEM and Pyramids.

Cons:

Somehow the price of my room increased by 20% once I had booked it. Not happy at all about that. Coffee is dreadful. Alcohol extortionate. No shower gel in my shower gel container in my room. Builders on the roof banging during the morning and, bizarrely, by the pool in the evening. Well, you asked for a review.

Most importantly, I would like to thank Ms. Maria Essam at the reception. She was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. She made us feel genuinely welcome, arranged a very nice room for us, and kindly offered us the opportunity for a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, I am very happy with my experience and truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future and highly recommend it to others.

Very dissapointing stay
Pros:

The only positive aspect was the professionalism of the hotel manager, who handled the situation well, apologised sincerely, and agreed to provide a full reimbursement. He also explained that the resort is currently undergoing renovations, which hopefully will improve the condition of the property in the future.

Cons:

Very disappointing experience overall. The property is extremely old and run down, and the room was outdated, uncomfortable, and not properly maintained. The AC was barely functioning, making the stay impossible, especially considering the weather.
I ended up checking out after only 10 minutes as the room was far below expectations and not as presented in the listing.
