The room was great - comfortable one bedroom, with the best sofabed I've ever had, kitchen with a coffee pot :), and right on the water. Balcony was fantastic. Thank you Todd - will definitely be back!

The location can't be beat right on the embarcadero. The full kitchen and balcony table for outdoor dining or sunset views is great. Restaurants within walking distance.We were fortunate to park right out front.
It's Morro bay on the embarcadero so expect people walking the neighborhood and dock walkways. It was off season when we were here so it was fairly quiet.

If you're looking for a place that is very clean, has a great view, and in a great location then this place is it. It is no frills and very basic but perfect for us.
This isn't a luxury hotel so if you're looking for anything even remotely fancy, this place won't do it for you.
There's a coffee shop right next door and many restaurants within walking distance. The view and sunset was absolutely spectacular. We traveled with our infant and toddler and the bedroom was perfect for us.
The only con is that the place is very dated. Everything is in excellent condition but it appears the last remodel was in the 90s. We would return because it worked for us but if I was looking for a couples retreat or honeymoon I would personally want something more luxurious

We had a great stay—everything was clean, comfortable, and easy. A big thank you to Todd for being so helpful and kind! We were traveling with our twins for the first time and had such a positive experience. We enjoyed our night so much and got lucky that the room was available for another night. We truly appreciated the warm welcome and would definitely stay again!

The view, location, kitchen, king bed, living area, and especially the deck and quietness of the location were wonderful! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were glad we were able to stay an extra day and Todd the owner was great!
It was a little on the spendier side for us, but the location was prime and made it perfect for the special occasion trip we had planned!
Exceptionally clean and comfortable with a mini kitchen.
The location was next to the water which was delightful. Lovely sunsets.
A special mention to Todd who was off scale helpful during our stay. He even sent some items that we forgot by courier to our next hotel. This was over and above what I’d expect.
The view was wonderful. The host was kind and helpful. The location was private but close to everything in town. This stay was a wonderful value!

Cute little apartment style suites. The deck outside was wonderful and it was spacious and comfortable for 4. The property manager was great and informative on places to go, see and eat.
