Property Description

Gray's Inn & Gallery is a small waterfront property on the Embarcadero with three apartment-style suites, each with a full kitchen, full bathroom, and a private full-bay-view patio deck with unobstructed 180-degree views of the bay. Each suite has a waterfront patio deck with a table and chairs for four plus two chaise lounges, a full kitchen (4-burner oven and stove, full-size refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, sink and counter space, full sets of dishes, silverware and cooking utensils), a full bathroom with shower and tub, and a 55" 4K curved-screen TV. Rooms are stocked with Aireloom Nightstars Luxe Top M2 Luxury Firm king-size beds, Stearns & Fosters pillows, 620 thread-count Wamsutta sheets, a 12-cup Mr. Coffee coffeemaker with Folgers French Roast coffee and Twinings black tea, a hairdryer, and WiFi-compatible 4K Blu-Ray players. Free self-parking and free WiFi; pet-free environment. Check-in 2:00 pm, check-out 11:00 am. Reservations by phone at (805) 772-3911.

The best rental we’ve ever stayed at!
Pros:

The room itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The view and patio were exceptional and made lasting impressions on myself and my family. It’s a trip that will live with us forever. A core memory was definitely made here for us all. It was close to everything and just the best overall.

Gary’s Inn was very enjoyable and relaxing!
Pros:

I loved that it was right on the water in the bay and so close to shops and restaurants!

Cons:

I didn’t like that i didn’t have a parking spot and had to park away from the property.

The room was great - comfortable one bedroom, with the best sofabed I've ever had, kitchen with a coffee pot :), and right on the water. Balcony was fantastic. Thank you Todd - will definitely be back!

Pros:

The location can't be beat right on the embarcadero. The full kitchen and balcony table for outdoor dining or sunset views is great. Restaurants within walking distance.We were fortunate to park right out front.

Cons:

It's Morro bay on the embarcadero so expect people walking the neighborhood and dock walkways. It was off season when we were here so it was fairly quiet.

Clean with an amazing view and location!
Pros:

If you're looking for a place that is very clean, has a great view, and in a great location then this place is it. It is no frills and very basic but perfect for us.

This isn't a luxury hotel so if you're looking for anything even remotely fancy, this place won't do it for you.

There's a coffee shop right next door and many restaurants within walking distance. The view and sunset was absolutely spectacular. We traveled with our infant and toddler and the bedroom was perfect for us.

The only con is that the place is very dated. Everything is in excellent condition but it appears the last remodel was in the 90s. We would return because it worked for us but if I was looking for a couples retreat or honeymoon I would personally want something more luxurious
