Pros:

A great way to spend my 80th Birthday. Thanks for finding somewhere for our bikes.

The location was great, the breakfast was OK. liked the presentation on the tables but see below.

Cons:

My eggs benedict was not great, the eggs were hard, there wasn't much hollandaise sauce and it was a bit dried up, the muffins were incredibly tough. It was as if it had been prepared earlier and reheated. I played safe the next day and had smoked salmon and scrambled egg! Our evening meals - starters and desserts were excellent, main courses not so good.

An excellent overnight staycation that my wife and I look forward to repeating in the not too distant future.
Pros:

Very well appointed in an excellent location with magnificent views.

Cons:

The only snags that I would suggest about the accommodation are;
1. There was no ventilation in the en-suite.
2. The water pressure in the shower was not that powerful.

Rude staff bad service
Pros:

The location and the view was fantastic

Cons:

No children allowed in the pool was a disappointment.
2 of the staff were very poor, one accused me of not paying a bill which I had paid
Ordered wine for room service, and it didn’t arrive.
Worst stay we as a family have had ever.

Fabulous spa, not so great customer service

New spa area is fantastic

Service in the outlook area
Helpfulness of staff
Room a bit run down, hook falling off wall, picture fittings on wall with no picture, fire escape plan fell off wall in the middle of the night. Shower was not powerful. Room was too warm.

Very good room with an excellent view

Cons:

Staff mixed in attitude. Bedroom cleaning too late and not consistent. Most restaurant staff good. Most food disappointing, especially breakfast which promised more than it delivered.

We spent a superb 3 nights at this wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was superb. The staff were lovely, and the food and drink were tremendous. I highly recommend this hotel for the future.
