Pros:

L'emplacement, la literie , et tout le personnel étaient agréables et très courtois

Cons:

Certains matins la fermeture du petit déjeuner était bien trop tôt.
Et le non-respect de certains clients qui claquent les portes la nuit et qui discute dans les couloirs .il nécessitent une affiche de rappel du respect des autres clients la nuit entre 23h et 7h avec des sanctions possibles.

Great stay! Very good value for money
Pros:

Very nicely decorated and new. Staff very friendly. Free coffee and biscuits available in the mornings. Bed very comfortable, good shower.

Being located such that we could fit multiple outings in a day to and from the hotel was great.
Pros:

The lobby area is great for waiting for transport to activities. They have a nice self serve coffee machine, just ask for milk, and some free snacks. The family that runs the place is really nice. Bed is cozy and the in room ac unit is great for cooling off during the heat of the day. We found ourselves periodically returning throughout the day to rest a bit before the next plan.

Cons:

The point of use water heater took a bit of fiddling to get going and even at max heat was not strong enough to fully heat the shower with the water at full blast. There's a decent amount of noise at night from nearby homes and businesses, we were able to sleep through it but if you're a light sleeper it may be a problem. The area just outside the hotel can be a bit sketch but everyone minds their own.

Great stay. Best bed!
Pros:

Kind of a contemporary lanna vibe. Great decor. Most comfortable bed I've slept on in Thailand in more than 20 years.

Cons:

No hot pot in the room.

Good location good facilities nice design

Cons:

Wasn't clean enough (mainly the floors and the shits could be cleaner), So for the price it didn't feel like good value because that (and compareto other hotel in chiang mai).
Personal preference, but the matress was to soft.

Decent location, very clean, I like the garden outside.
Pros:

Nice place. Staff was nice.

Cons:

The hallways are very echoey. My first night (Saturday) I could hear neighbors cough and drunkenly talking in the hallways. They need to sound proof the place a bit more.

Absolutely lovely
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional.
Everywhere was spotless.
Refresh of the room with replacement items and water was great.
Coffee and biscuits in reception was a lovely touch - sampled the breakfast on one morning which we couldn’t fault.
Location - just a short walk to the old town and near to 7-Eleven.
We would definitely stay again - we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Good opportunity to stay in Chiang Mai
