The heating system should be improved as it was very cold when we entered and got time to increase the temp

Cons:

There is no receptionist, but you can contact an employee via WhatsApp or call and they usually respond quickly, but resolving your issue may take some time. Hotel parking is expensive.

Family friendly, clean, modern, budget friendly - highly recommended.
Pros:

Quality and cleanliness of the room was excellent. Modern furniture and kitchen, bright lighting. Well maintained, it seemed almost brand new. 4 star hotel quality. The photos match in real life.

For the price, it really is unbeatable in Amsterdam. Highly recommend, especially for families.

Cons:

The only downside is the location. The nearest tram station is a 10 minute walk. The nearest supermarket is a 7 minute walk. It's in a quiet residential area with little street activity or nightlife within walking distance.

Also, storage space in the room is a bit limited.

Pros:

Très propre et le nécessaire, papier toilette café thé lait serviette etc… à disposition c’est vraiment top
Logement très bien isolé on n’entend rien ni du couloir ni des chambres à côté

Cons:

Dommage que l’on ne puisse pas ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre
