Pros:

Aller recharger soi-même le consommable (papier toilette, café, sel...).
Café et thé à volonté.
Plutôt silencieux (sauf le dernier soir : une soirée dans un appartement était trop audible de chez nous...).
Vue géniale (du 9eme étage).
Wifi de qualité.

Cons:

Pas assez d'ustensiles pour cuisiner, et pas assez de couverts, verres et assiettes pour recevoir des amis.
Pas d'infos sur les commerces de proximité, alors qu'il y a un supermarché pas loin et un loueur de vélo sympa et pas cher à quelques minutes à pied (De Snelbinder Bike Shop).

Recommend this place definitely, but only one thing wasn’t god enough
Pros:

In general it’s an amazing place to stay, very easy, modern, comfy apartments with a great view on a city

Cons:

The shower drain worked poorly, which sometimes meant that the flood had to be eliminated.

Ottimo mini appartamento
Pros:

Design, totale indipendenza da reception e/o staff, dotazioni camera

Cons:

Nella prenotazione su booking era compreso il taxi di trasferimento dall'aeroporto ma non era presente alcun taxi al nostro arrivo. Rimpallo di responsabilità tra la struttura e booking.
Camera da letto un po stretta, non vi era la possibilità di aprire la valigia

Unterkunft nur zu emphelen!
Pros:

Amsterdam ist eine wunderschöne Stadt mit viel Charme. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut gelegen. Die Grachten, Museen und gemütlichen Cafés haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Ich habe mich jederzeit wohlgefühlt und kann sowohl die Stadt als auch die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren etwas weiter von der Unterkunft entfernt, aber dank Uber war alles super unkompliziert. Die Fahrten waren schnell, zuverlässig und preislich absolut top – daher hat das unseren Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt.

Es war über WhatsApp immer jemand erreichbar, leider hat das mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt vorzubuchen aber das Zimme

Lovely and comfortable, everything you need for a relaxing trip
Pros:

It was a beautiful place, nice view and a grocery store close. Easy to check in and a plus for being able to store luggages if you cant get into the room yet and want to explore the city without bags.

Cons:

Nothing i didn’t like, it was the perfect place to stay and will definitely stay again next time i visit The Netherlands

Pros:

La situation géographique avec proximité des transports en commun. La découverte d'un quartier en dehors du centre touristique.

Cons:

Peu de vaisselle ,absence de casserole , seulement une poêle et deux marmites .On peine à remplir el lave vaisselle !
Difficile de mettre une évaluation pour le personnel puisque l'on ne rencontre strictement aucun être humain.

Pros:

L'hotel est très moderne et confortable. Il est bien équipé, avec lave-vaisselle, plaque de cuisson, frigo... L'accès facile (digicode partout, aucune clé). Il y a des coins couverts et des bancs juste devant l'entrée, et des fauteuils et du café dans l'entrée.

Cons:

On doit marcher 10mn pour prendre les transports en commun, un peu long quand il pleut. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire juste à côté. Mais pour le prix et les points positifs, c'est très correct.

Pros:

Estuvimos muy cómodos porque el apartamento era muy amplio, muy limpio y muy nuevo. Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días incluida lavadora secadora que funcionaba perfectamente y un secador de pelo con bastante potencia para poder secar nuestro pelo largo. La parada del bus estaba a unos 10 minutos caminando

Cons:

Lo único menos bueno es la ubicación pero dada la diferencia de precio entre este hotel y otros mas centricos volvería sin duda porque 10 minutos caminando al bus merecen los casi 100€ noche de diferencia
