Our stay was very brilliant. The apartment was in a good location with shops and bus stop just a walking distance away.
Pros:

The size of the apartment was good especially for a family with kids. Also, the facility had everything we needed and that came in handy.

Cons:

The fact that our entrance code stopped working after we checked out and we struggled to access the lobby to get our bags from the lockers.

Excelente para recorrer Amsterdam 4 a 5 días.
Pros:

Las instalaciones son geniales y tiene muchos servicios para disfrutar. La habitación tiene todo lo necesario y te sientes como en casa realmente.

Cons:

El sofá cama no era tan cómodo. Y la ubicación para nosotros no era la ideal, quizás buscaríamos otro alojamiento de la misma franquicia pero por el centro de la ciudad para la próxima.

Great base for exploring Amsterdam.
Pros:

Location. Good transport links to the city, great view, quiet location. Convenient cafe and supermarket.

Cons:

Fold out bed not comfortable. Some minor plumbing issues.

Overall it was great. We loved the kids toys in the foyer, it kept our 1.5 year old occupied while we made plans each day! It was great to have the option of accessing more supplies, such as towels and coffee, so easily. The AC worked well, which was important because of the heatwave. The sofa bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was a little small but it wasn’t a big deal. The coffee maker in our room didn’t seem to work but we used the one in the foyer. There were no bikes available to hire, which was an inconvenience. We took a 10 min tram journey to hire bikes elsewhere.

Wonderful stay, great location, close to public transport
Pros:

We loved the location, so close to the bus to the city. We loved living like a local. Even though there are no staff in attendance we felt we could make contact at any time. Very close to a supermarket and we had breakfast at the hotel property next door.

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay, no negatives from us.
