Breakfast buffet was a good selection of Western and Egyptian. Everything was fresh and tasty. My dad loved the belilah and the pastries. Ahmed was a very welcoming host.

breakfast is very bad . i entered the restaurant today at 7:00 am it was very crowded
there was no service no cups no glass plus tea box was empty with only one type in it
the restaurant manager was standing and eating in front of us her name was ahmed they asked about hot water he turned me around and walked away and the food was in a mouse very poor taste there were no utensils on the table no napkins and no service i do not recommend him nor do advise this failed manager

Overall wonderful stay
Pros:

Zaid helped me get a coffee in my early 3am morning checkout. Ahmed asked how my stay was as asked to leave a review. They were kind and helpful.

The common areas are beautiful— lobby, restaurants and pools. The rooms were spacious and my dinner near the pool area was quite good. The bathroom in our little villa could use some work—the bathroom tub didn't drain properly and there was a bit of a smell, perhaps not enough ventilation? There were stains on the grouting too, but overall, the room was clean and well kept.

Our tour group especially enjoyed the chocolate hour! It was a nice treat to return to after long hours / back to back days of touring the city.

Pros:

This stay was absolutely terrible. When I checked into my room, the safe box was locked. I called reception and they promised to send someone to open it.
They said a girl was coming, so I waited two hours-and no one showed up. I called again, they apologized, and said she would come "right now," and still no one came. It's unbelievable how slow and careless the service is. I've never seen such unprofessional treatment, and the safe box is still not opened.

10/10 Stay We had an amazing time!
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay and the food was amazing. We felt so welcomed and safe and had such a great time. Ziad was amazing on the staff and went above and beyond with his service making sure we felt extra special and was so helpful. We will absolutely be back!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The check-in process was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. When I finally got to my room, it was nothing like the photos—dated furniture, stained carpets, and a musty smell that made it hard to relax. When I complained about the issue, no one cared. The reception transferred me to a girl who didn’t pay attention to me at all and took no action.
