Very nice hotel. Great staff, polite and helpful always with a smile.
Clean rooms. Food was just great. Breakfast with a lot to choose from.

A Business Stay Made Special by Incredible Food & Impeccable Service

I stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Cairo-Media City for four days for work, and overall it was a very pleasant experience.

What really stood out to me was the food at La Terrazza restaurant. As an Italian, I can be quite demanding when it comes to cuisine — especially Italian — but I genuinely loved the food here. The restaurant offers Italian dishes alongside Lebanese cuisine, and the quality across the board is excellent. I could honestly eat their mixed grill and the selection of appetizers every single day. Everything was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented.

A special mention goes to Khairy, the restaurant manager. His service and attention to detail are simply perfection. He makes you feel welcomed, remembered, and genuinely cared for — something that makes a big difference, especially when you are traveling for work.

If you’re staying at the hotel, I highly recommend dining at La Terrazza, with its food and the view over the pools. For me, it was the highlight of my stay.

Great stay would come again

Great experience, we come for 4 days break
Great experience from start till finish,
Couldn’t be more helpful. Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable and staff very pleasant
Pool and pool areas clean.
4pm chocolate cart and it was free!
Didn’t have many draft beers but bottles a good choice.
Atmosphere of the hotel was great, smelt nice and nothing was a problem.

Location was set back from the main roads and didn’t hear a thing, shopping mall opposite very clean and lots of choice from standard to designer shops even had a ski slope!

Great location to get to the pyramids and the museums great places to go!
But please if you use uber be prepared to pay cash! As they say they have no visa!!

But all in all great break away

La terazza
Pros:

Just arrived in Cairo- our first visit . This restaurant has a lovely welcoming atmosphere with live music . A great menu with something for everyone, grom club sandwiches to traditional Syrian shush tawaak which came with its own little hot burner!
My hub had a burger which was also good.
Would recommend!

Excellent Hotel
Pros:

We stayed two nights in this very lovely hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were generously big, comfortable and clean. The food was excellent and Ziad, our thoughtful waiter and his colleagues made sure that the service at the dinner was on point. We highly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and are glad that all our wishes could be met.
