Cons:

Room furniture were worn out, the carpet was very dirty and soiled. Behavior of hotel staff inparticular the buffet dinner restaurant was very rude.

Excellent hôtel pour séjourner. La nourriture est parfaitement saine.
Pros:

Nous avons pu avoir un troisième lit dans la chambre pour notre enfant moyennant 10€ par nuit. Par contre le lit n’était pas prêt dès notre arrivée.
Nous avons été surclassés gratuitement.
Le personnel est très arrangeant et très aimable, très poli. Il y a beaucoup de personnel. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir aller au spa avec les enfants et même un ballon.

Cons:

Attention les dimensions du lit prêtent à confusion. Les lits n’ont pas une dimension de lit deux places européenne. Ils sont plus étroits.

L’hôtel est super beau, Le personnel, le service, les jeux pour enfants et la nourriture était super! Je recommande

Cons:

La piscine était froide c’est dommage, difficile de se baigner même pour les enfants. Et impossible de mettre la Clim à la température souhaitée. Mais ça vaut quand même le coup d’y aller !

The insect control, there was a huge amount of mosquitoes in the facilities and even in the room.
There was a construction work in same cluster i stayed in without telling me

È un hotel molto bello e accogliente.. lo staf molto disponibile ! La camera molto ben servita e arredata!

В целом, хороший отель. Два бассейна. Удобно для кратковременной остановки на нескольких ночей для осмотра пирамид и Большого Египетского музея. Как бы далеко, но на машине 20 минут по широким дорогам без пробок. Подойдет тем, кому нужно сочетание комфорта, удобства и доступности музеев в этой части Каира.
