Pros:

The property is beautiful, spacious, and relaxing, with excellent facilities, a lovely pool area, and a great overall atmosphere. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Radwa from Reception for her professionalism and warm assistance, and Rania from Guest Relations for her kindness and attention to detail. They both made our stay even more enjoyable.

From my own experience I won’t stay there again even for free there is a lot of hidden free guy avoid them
Pros:

Stuff treating a customer like a cash machine , every thing you have to pay I end up leaving the hotel and I moved to Hilton which is perfect from start to to finished. No hidden free

The hotel is amazing. Great facilities, amazing design and aesthetically the hotel is beautiful. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are really spacious and the bathrooms are really well thought out. The shower alone is a 5 star experience. House keeping are great and very prompt. I ordered food to the room on a few occasions and was impressed by the quality and taste and the prices too. Overall experience was really great.

Cons:

The restaurant staff at times were not always attentive and often had to call them a few times for service.
