It’s a shame that the noise spoils the general atmosphere of the place.
Pros:

The “belle époque” atmosphere.

Cons:

Too noisy during night due to room facing large hotel parking, seemingly to be used as public parking and hence constant chattering, laughter and loud conversations.

Cons:

Room was so hot no thermostat to turn this down. There was a fan in the room which was broken but replaced when we asked , very helpful

Amazing hotel- from the amenities, the staff, and their missions to give back to and employ the Austism community :)
Pros:

Great if you’re traveling with kids! Daily activities: splash zone, sports, movie night & built in babysitting so you can enjoy an adult only night.

Cons:

Everything was great, just wish it were within walking distance to town.

We will never come back here
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our 10yo liked the evening movies in the kids' club very much.

Cons:

The hotel is a sprawling complex so we had quite a long walk from reception to our room. Not great with luggage or when your party includes guests with limited mobility. In-room AC was not present and the window couldn't open beyond a small crack, so the air was stuffy and warm. We gave up on our last night here and booked an extra at our next hotel.

Cons:

No mirror beside a plug for hairdryer or straighteners- annoying. Why don’t you have a mirror at the dressing table instead of a picture ? Also not much signage on how to get to reception so easy to go wrong way from bedrooms

Great family hotel that clean and accommodating!
Pros:

Great for kids and plenty for kids to do and close too town centre

Cons:

Rooms where very warm really could do with air conditioning though the rooms are provided with a fan which was a help!
