Pros:

Camila and Jennifer provided excellent service! Two wonderful people! The concept of a shared kitchen, lounge, and games room was excellent. The location was very close to the train station and city sites (rose garden, Tower Clock, shopping, grocery stores). The roof top had a great view of the city and place to sit and relax! I loved the circular staircase! Elevator is available!

Geweldig leuk hotel met originele kamers voor een goede prijs op een geweldige locatie midden in het centrum. Kamers zijn gewoon weer eens iets anders en niet doorsnee ingericht. De douche is hemels! Concept lijkt erg op CitizenM toen dat nog leuk was en geen onderdeel van Marriott waardoor de prijzen door het dak gaan.

Cons:

De check-in is een totaal DRAMA. Echt heel slecht. Je krijgt een mail met een link maar omdat het via Booking loopt is die link weg. Dus kun je niet eens naar binnen naar de receptie. Wachten op iemand die naar buiten gaat en dan naar de receptie. Die kan ons ook niet inchecken want dat kan alleen met de link maar ze hebben (omdat het via Booking gaat...) onze mailadressen niet. Die moeten dus eerst ingevoerd worden en dan kun je met de link inchecken... En de toeristenbelasting betalen voor je de "sleutel" krijgt. Dat is geen fysieke sleutel maar een link naar een website (géén app....) waar ook de voordeur mee open gaat. Dus voor elke deur je webbrowser openen. Totaal drama en super onhandig..

Me costó, un poco encontrarme con la llave, se me dificultó la entrada, pero contacte al hotel y me respondieron y me ayudaron, cosa que Booking no hizo cuando mandé el mensaje

Wir hatten einen schönen, gemütlichen Aufenthalt in Bern.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top, das Personal sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war tiptop und sauber.
Den Aufenthaltsraum und die Dachterrasse haben wir auch benutzt, es ist alles gut ausgestattet und gemütlich.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir Schwierigkeiten mit dem Check-in, ich denke weil wir mehrere Zimmer reserviert haben und nicht zuordnen konnten, welche Buchungsnummer zu welchem Zimmer gehört. Die Dame am Telefon war aber sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr lieb geholfen.

le concept "stay and cook" sert de prétexte à une prestation décevante

l'emplacement, le confort du lit et le roof top, la décoration soignée.

Cons:

l'absence totale d'équipement dans la chambre : pas de TV, pas de bouilloire, alors même qu'aucun petit déjeuner n'est prévu, l'absence de disponibilité du personnel : présenté comme "host" et les clients comme "guest", en réalité le personnel est insuffisant. s'ils sont aimables et réactifs, il reste très décevant de constater qu'aucune prestation n'est proposée au petit déjeuner : pas de vaisselle en quantité suffisante, il faut faire la vaisselle, vider le lave vaisselle et le charger soi même, nettoyer sa table de petit déjeuner soi même car ceux d'avant ne l'ont pas fait. derrière un "concept" de "comme à la maison", on se retrouve avec les inconvénients de l'hotel + les inconvénients de la maison.
