Stay Kooook in Bern is the best!
Pros:

You gotta stay here! It's like no other hotel I've stayed in before, and the room and everything else were perfect. I was a little worried about the online check-in, but it all works perfectly. Plus wonderful staff members are in the common area to answer questions and help you from
around 8am to 8pm. In the late evening, we also saw a security guard. The location of this hotel is great. There are bakeries and grocery stores nearby. We loved visiting Bern — especially the bears and floating down the Aare River (in an area with little current).

Pros:

Great location in the Old Town. Close to all the top sights and many groceries stores/restaurants/cafes in the area. Beautiful and comfortable room. Check in and out was all digital, we never communicated with hotel staff.
