Old school hotel, but worth for the price. Good location, near to the parks, free shuttle bus to Universal Studio. Breakfast is very simple.

This hotel did not live up to my expectations. I was very disappointed with the quality of the room, the breakfast and the pool…the only truthful part of the description was the proximity to Universal Studios!

Service was great. Every day I was greeted with a smile going and coming for 5 days. The staff is professional and rooms stay clean. I will love to stay here again.

The rooms are spacious and.clean. The beds are comfortable for a good night’s sleep. Everything is on par for this level of hotel. The people here are so friendly and the location is ideal for a stay near the Universal parks. This is our second year staying here, and we will be back next year.

Pool ok but need some love. Broken chairs and water level too low.
Breakfast is not good and food was cold the 4 mornings we are there.

Wonderful stay! Very friendly staff that was more than accommodating with all the influx of people for the music festival. Hotel was clean and very comfortable to stay in. The area was local to lots of eats and was safe enough to walk about at night. Overall would stay again anytime

Great stay, staff amazing, breakfast was good. Close to universal studio, couple of restaurants right in front of hotel.

I traveled with my service dog and my friend for a trip to universal. This hotel is very close to universal and I enjoyed a quick to and from with uber. The rooms are clean and the hotel is very quiet with great staff. The location was the BEST. 10/10. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for two reasons- one, the lack of water access. The drinking fountains are weak and do not fill any bottles well, and I found it odd that coffee was served but no water, and I believe this would be a better addition as water is a necessity for going to universal. Overall, my stay was wonderful and I will come back.
I do have to mention that while wonderful, some staff do not know the entire ADA law about service animals. I was requested my service dog be vested or have “An ID” as this is not the correct law and service animals may not be required to be vested or shown an “ID” (IDs do not exist in the United States). The woman who requested this was very kind and polite but this does need to be corrected by management.

Bathroom not clean, breakfast not restocked and attendant no where to be found. Breakfast very limited and this is why we chose this hotel. Broken pancake machine, no yogurt or fruit. We won't be back

Breakfast sucked. No waffle batter.

I liked no parking fees and resort fees.

I liked everything, but not the bed and pillows. Pillows were super uncomfortable and mattress was okay, but not good.
