Disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast was goo

Cons:

Paid parking… at a hotel… shower water never heated up no blanket for pullout sofa bed. Staff was unhelpful

Avoid this hotel if at all possible! You have been warned.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was exceptionally

Cons:

The reception was on the phone with her “Tee Tee” the entire time she was checking me in. The hallways of the hotel had a foul odor to them. Several pieces of furniture in my room looked as if it was tossed out of the window and drug down the street. One piece of furniture had a screw drilled into the top of the table that was obviously holding one of the legs, that had fallen off, into place. The restroom had updated mirrors and sinks. Everything else was very outdated and in need of a facelift.

This was my first time staying at a Sheraton hotel and I really enjoyed my stay.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and made me feel at home. Very nice people. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, and the shuttle driver (Rod) was very cool and informative.

Cons:

The refrigerator in the room seemed like it was not keeping my beverage and fruits cold enough but thats just a minor issue. I stayed in a room on the 4th floor. The room could have used a little more dusting by housekeeping.

Not good for business travel
Pros:

Staff was mostly helpful and friendly

Cons:

Very old hotel. The bedroom had bad smell, the shower was in terrible condition, the tub was peeled and dirty. There was no internet in my room so I had to come down in the lobby to connect to Internet
