The facilities were very nice and comfortable and everybody.There was really nice and helpful.
The pet fee is $75 and that was not disclosed anywhere on booking.com Or the hotel's website. Also, you have to pay to park in the parking garage is kind of the pain in the butt.
Parking is a ripoff. Front desk wasn’t particularly friendly. Not enough front desk people.
Everything was true to the advertisement. The whole location was absolutely stunning. I absolutely loved my room and the view was SPECTACULAR! The food and specialty drinks were unexplainably delicious. Everyone was friendly and kind. Made me want to relocate entirely!

$25 parking - not expected
We stayed in Room 1802 (Suite). I've stayed in that room before and really liked it, so I requested it again. I love the Suite style room.
The shower was terrible. There was no shower head, only a 'wand' and it was broken. It wouldn't stay in place and it was quite a challenge to take a shower. Also, I paid for the upgrade for the suite. I'm not sure it was worth the value. Additionally, the parking garage is GROSS and tight. I almost couldn't get out of the parking spot with my pickup. It took me 10 minutes of inching my way out of there.
