Private Party at Snug - The Westin Dragonara Resort – Highly Recommended!

I recently held a private party at the Snug Restaurant at The Westin Dragonara Resort, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

Right from the start, the staff were helpful and professional. They helped me through planning the event, making the whole process easy and hassle-free. They answered my questions, offered helpful suggestions, and ensured every detail was just right.

On the day of the party, the team stayed just as attentive and supportive. Everything went smoothly, so I could relax and enjoy the event without any worries. Their diligence and professionalism really stood out.

The food was amazing, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. My guests kept saying how delicious everything was. The chefs did a fantastic job, and the food quality really stood out.

I highly recommend The Westin Dragonara Resort for private events or special occasions. Well done to all the staff, especially the chefs, for making it such a memorable experience. Thank you for making the event so special!

Το μονο καλό που εχει αυτο το ξενοδοχείο είναι ο υπεύθυνος!

Όλα ειναι λάθος εκει μεσα!!!! Το προσωπικό άθλιο, οτι χειρότερο υπάρχει. Πήγαμε και χωρις να ενημερώσουν νωρίτερα ήθελα deposit στην κάρτα και οχι μετρητά, εαν δεν το κανονίζαμε με κάρτα θα μας έδιωχναν! Αφού πήγαμε στο δωμάτιο π κλείσαμε, ειχε δύο κρεβάτια αντί για ενα. Μας κανόνισε ο υπεύθυνος μετα απο πολυ ταλαιπωρία και νεύρα. Παραγγειλαμε πρωινό στο δωμάτιο και μετα απο 1 ωρα δεν το είχαν φέρει, ρους πηραμε τηλέφωνο και είπαν οτι χάλασε το σύστημα και έφεραν 1 απο αυτά που παραγγειλαμε και ήταν λάθος!

A beautiful hotel with good facilities, but disappointing service and unfair handling at check-out l
Pros:

I arrived for check-in after midnight on February 8th. The two gentlemen at reception were professional and welcoming. They explained the hotel services and informed me that breakfast was not included in my booking, but if I chose to have breakfast, I would need to sign for it and the cost would be €14. I thanked them and took note of that.

On the third day, due to a very busy work schedule starting at 5:00 AM and a bus tour at 9:15 AM, I decided to try the breakfast even though I normally do not eat in the morning. A staff member seated me and asked what I would like to drink. I ordered coffee with milk and went to the buffet. It took about 10 minutes to get my omelet prepared and return to my table. I started eating but noticed that my coffee never arrived. I waited 15–20 minutes, repeatedly looking for a staff member to ask about it, but no one approached me. I finished my meal and left without ever receiving the coffee, and I did not sign anything.

At check-out, I was presented with a bill that included all my charges (three lunches, one dinner, and several cocktails), but I noticed a €28 charge for breakfast. When I questioned this, I was told that if I had booked breakfast at the time of the room reservation it would have cost €14, but since I did not, the price was €28. This directly contradicts what I was told on my first night. Furthermore, I never signed any breakfast charge.

This is not about the money but about principle and fairness. After spending over €800 at the hotel during my stay, I expected transparent and professional service. Unfortunately, the way this was handled left a very negative impression at the end of my stay.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the attitude and professionalism of the front desk employee and the manager. When I explained to the manager what had happened, I repeated exactly what the front desk employee had told me — that if I had booked breakfast at the time of reservation it would have cost €14, but since I did not, it was €28. When the manager asked him whether he had said that, he denied it, even though only a few minutes had passed since he told me this directly.

This behavior felt dishonest and unprofessional. Instead of resolving the issue respectfully, I felt that I was being dismissed and that the situation was handled poorly.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel particulièrement pour profiter avec nos enfants de la piscine intérieure. Sauf qu’en arrivant à l’hôtel nous apprenons que celle-ci est fermé provisoirement. Si nous avions eu cette information nous n’aurions pas réservé dans cette hôtel, de plus le séjour était déjà payé. Très déçus de cet aspect. Hormis cela le séjour c’est bien passé mais sans piscine pour les enfants, tant pis.

It was a wonderful place.
Pros:

I would like to share a special thank you to Ashish Lama, who worked at the hotel where I spent my vacation. He was always very friendly, helpful, and a truly kind and pleasant person. He listened to us with great patience and was always ready to help whenever we needed something. His warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Pros:

A wonderful weekend break . The staff were fantastic and very friendly made us very welcome. We were fortunate to be upgraded to executive room overlooking the pool and casino. As it was a belated birthday present a beautiful desert was in the room with a card .
