Amazing family holiday
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at the Westin Dragonara. The staff and the hotel’s facilities are very welcoming. In addition, the rooms are magnificent and the pool is heated!

Pros:

L’établissement est vraiment beau, avec une belle piscine au bord de mer. Le personnel est top, que ce soit à la réception / conciergerie, à la restauration, ménage, bagagiste ou à la piscine.

Cons:

Great location great hotel
Pros:

Excellent resort , great location, friendly staff. Had a great stay loved being on the waters edge with the choice of sea swimming or using the resort pool. Made the most of all the resort restaurants during our stay and all were good standard and never disappointed. Breakfast was outstanding with endless choices.

Loved this hotel
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay with 15 family members. The staff in the lobby lounge were exceptional. They were attentive, accommodating and moved tables and chairs readily to accommodate our large group that was coming and going all of the time. Room cleaning was very good, had to ask for face cloths at the desk and coffee one day. Assumed our regular cleaning crew was off that day. We learned that the AC does not get turned on until May and it was very warm in the room. We had to leave the sliding door open and that led to mosquitoes, but at least it was cool. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel. The staff, particularly, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

A lovely stay
Pros:

The Westin is a lovely hotel which met all of our expectations and more. All the staff we encountered from the moment we checked in and throughout our stay were friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurants on site were amazing too & the buffet breakfast catered for everyone. Was also a perfect location for what we wanted to do.

Would definitely recommend a stay at The Westin.

I’m sure I stayed at better places, just can’t remember when !
Pros:

From the moment I emailed and Robin replied, to the follow up email from Joseph with restaurant suggestions to the upgrade room at reception, I knew this would be a great family holiday week.
Travelling with two teens, the superior sea view room was very big and a great view, thanks again Robin!! It was an anniversary and they had a selection of pastries waiting in the room. 4bottles of water replenished daily.
The outdoor pool is big and very warm, my sports watch told me 28 degrees ! The dining areas around the pool are very reasonably priced and very prompt.
Restaurants and bars in the resort are very family friendly and casual.
The staff are amazing, each and everyone, can’t do enough for you.
Neighbourhood around the hotel is not great unless you’re a 20 something or wanna be a 20 something 😆. Valletta is a bit of a building site, cranes everywhere, roads being repaired and amenities being installed. But once you step into the Westin you leave it all behind. Having stayed in well over a hundred hotels , Breakfast here is by far the best I have seen. I used to be a Marriott Bonvoy member until a bad experience a few years ago. Following this experience I have signed up again.
A truly wonderful time with the family. Thank you to all the staff, just amazing.

Coming back again.
Pros:

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The facilities are great and the gym has decent opening hours (6am to 11pm), which means that it was never busy, even during the busy times.

Man verlangt trotz Zahlung ein Deposit von 1200€ und refundiert nach Zahlung des gesamten Aufenthslts nur auf mehrfache Aufgorderung die refundierwürdeige Summe! Das ist ungewöhnlich! Die Aufgorderung zur Zahlung wird seit Tagen ignoriert! Ist das Zufall oder Konzept?

Westin Dragonara un resort meraviglioso
Pros:

La struttura offre un servizio impeccabile da parte di tutto il personale sempre molto attento e cordiale , il resort è fronte mare con vista meravigliosa, tre piscine di cui una interna , palestra attrezzata, zona relax con lettini e possibilità di tuffarsi in mare . Bar in più zone e servizi di ogni genere. La colazione è varia e i ristoranti offrono cibo di ottima qualità. Le stanze sono spaziose , i letti assicurano un riposo ottimale . Davanti all ingresso del resort c’è la fermata dell autobus, e il centro vivace di Peaceville è a pochi passi . Unica nota da segnalare è il bagno all interno della stanza che ho trovato essenziale per un cinque stelle e per una stanza allestita per ospitare 4 persone … avrei sicuramente gradito una doccia al posto della vasca / doccia ed una finestra oppure un impianto di areazione migliore . Io sono italiana ma un bidet trovo sarebbe funzionale per tutti e un confort da inserire in tutti i 5 stelle .

This hotel has many thoughtful features that make it especially suitable for family vacations. For example, they give each child a teddy bear called “Westinu,” which helps create an emotional connection to the place.

The hotel’s restaurants each have their own unique style, and you can charge everything to your room, which is very convenient. The staff in the dining areas are incredibly friendly—they are always smiling and even remember guests’ names, which makes you feel truly valued.

The hotel pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature—not too cold and not too warm. There is also a wave pool that is a lot of fun, and the kids absolutely love it.

The location is also excellent, right in the middle of a commercial area with plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance of shopping centers, supermarkets, and more, making it very convenient.
And the hotel even has staff who help you plan your travel itinerary—it’s incredibly thoughtful and user-friendly.

Cons:

There’s really nothing to complain about—the service is absolutely perfect.

Sehr freundliches Personal, aufmerksame Kellner. Rezeption, Concierge etc. vorbildlich. Man fühlte sich sehr wohl und angekommen. Große Zimmer, kleines Willkommensgeschenk für die Kinder, schöner Outdoorpool. Toller Fitnessraum.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Balkon und direktem Meerfrontblick, eigentlich ideal, jedoch war der Balkon nicht gereinigt und zudem war das Zimmer leider etwas muffig. Gewand roch danach, das sollte auf dem Niveau nicht sein.
