De citymover en bus zijn vlakbij.

Fabulous stay, massive room, amazing staff.
Pros:

We were offered a free upgrade which was fabulous.

The room was massive and the windows were overlooking Miami.

Room location was extremely noisy from onsite bar and AC. No sleep for a one-night pre-cruise stay. Would not stay again
Cons:

Location of room next to onsite bar and AC so loud it couldn’t be left on overnight. Lifts are ridiculous, you can only get in lift going to your requested floor, so had to let 4 lifts go other guests had called before we could use one. Staff were unhelpful when complaint made. Concierge messed up shuttle booking made 2 months earlier.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Second time staying here a day before my cruise and no complaints. All of the staff especially Magaly was great both times. The drinks at the bar were perfect and the price is great. Highly recommend .

Diego the amazing front desk agent!
Pros:

Came to Miami for a work event, which was my first time staying downtown since COVID. Chose the hotel originally due to aesthetics and proximity to South Beach. Was immediately wowed by the warm welcome from Diego from the front desk team. His polished look bright smile, and positive energy. Made it really approachable and want to get assisted by him. He was able to accommodate a brief early check-in after explaining that the long journey was coming from.
Every morning when seen him, I inquired how he was doing, and was fortunate to see him when checking out today. Diego will definitely be a reason to return to this hotel.

This hotel from what has been told been around for many years but has been renovated. Has amazing security, 2 systems of elevators one that goes from the ground to the lobby and a short walk away is the hotel to the room. Elevators have priority access and go straight to the floor dispatched to. Makes it very fast to get up and down unlike most hotels. Very modern and great view of the rooms and the pool as well. Definitely recommend if looking to stay downtown Miami
