Zero stars. The customer service at this hotel is awful. We arrived late at night with a confirmed reservation and were told our room was not ready. When I asked a simple question, the front desk staff member ( the Guy specifically) was rude, dismissive, and passive-aggressive. His tone was confrontational and completely unprofessional. No hospitality, no respect, just attitude.
What makes this worse is that other guests openly said they had the same experience with this staff member and at this location in general. Clearly, this is not a one-off issue — it’s a management problem. I would not recommend staying here. front desk staff do better. Look at all the negative reviews here, Treating guests poorly is unacceptable.

Stayed in a King Room for a single night on a layover - were picked up with the free shuttle bus after about a 15 min wait.

Contrary to some reviews, check-in was swift and easy, even with some members of cabin crew on the same shuttle. The room had everything we needed, and was clean. Noise levels not too bad - the 'neighbours' were a little loud but not too late (in a quiet room you could here laughing next door). Concierge were willing to take our bags for the day so we could explore Miami and then took us straight to the airport when we returned (not sure if this was just luck of timing).

We didn't eat at the restaurant but were surprised by the reasonable prices for food (relative of course but I've often experienced US hotel chains over-charging enormously for basics like sandwiches, burgers etc.)

Also, contrary to some reviews, you can pretty easily access the rail or bus station across the road - walk to the right as you leave and there is a pedestrian crossing at the intersection. There is then a 3 min walk into the station. Obviously you can rely on the free shuttle bus to get to your terminal rather than the MIA mover, but getting into the city was a breeze with only a backpack.

This hotel is absolutely worthless. Don’t even bother staying and giving them your money. They lack serious communication skills and will ghost you if you have an issue with your booking. Money wasted on a hotel I didn’t even stay at because nobody would return a call or message about my booking. Absolutely ridiculous, worthless, and above all down right stupid for having thought they care about their customers. Save your money and find a better place. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever.

OK I suppose for one night but a really tired hotel with the worst breakfast I have ever had from a Marriott/Bonvoy group hotel. Stale bread, almond croissants with no warning for those with nut allergies, cheap ‘jelly’ jams and that will be $20 thank you. You want some rubbery scrambled egg? That’s another $20. Dreadful. On the other had a vey tasty lobster ravioli the previous evening. Overall it’s meh !

Top Hotel. Gute Sicht auf die Flugzeuge und auf das Vorfeld direkt vom Bett aus.

Cuidado com este hotel. Simplesmente não devolveram a caução.
