Great MIA shuttle, 24/7. Hotel is also located close to the airport's train.
Room is so-so, just a tired old Sheraton. There is a club lounge that serves food relatively late, but at 9.30 pm the existing offerings looked just a ted expired :-)

The dreadful experience with the Sheraton Miami Airport began with an extended wait for the airport shuttle followed by an overcrowded, e.g., bags on laps rather than in a full baggage compartment, trip in a van in poor condition. For example, several of the control panels were held together with duct tape. (There is a second van, but it was not in service.)
Arrival at the hotel was disorganized, check-in was less than welcoming, and there was no one available to help with bags. The lobby is very grim and there are few amenities available. The elevators were poorly marked and only three of the four were operating. The cab was filthy and the carpet was badly stained; a condition repeated in all the elevators we used.
The general condition of the hotel was unbelievably bad. All the hallways were dirty, and the paint was flaking off every surface. The room was equally bad, with paint chipping, the carpet dirty and stained and poor furnishings. The most distinctive thing in the room was the ugliest floor lamp we had ever seen; a combination of Flintstones and Adams family is the best description one can think of. The draperies did not close, but at least there was a view of the soccer stadium to compensate for the lack of the ability to sleep.
The bathroom was distinctive for the primitive plumbing and lack of comfort. The bathtub and its fixtures were duplicate of the one in the New York apartment in which I grew up. That was installed in 1947. The towels were of quality expected in a minimum-security prison.
This hotel is beyond redemption and should be demolished. Until that is done it will remain the worst Sheraton we have ever seen and stain on the brand

This property doesn’t respond to messages on Booking.com - plus despite sorting early check-in, receptionist was miserable, rude and made an unauthorised charge without explaining

Stayed for one night to watch the footy (soccer). Kids loved how close they where to the stadium. So handy to walk there. We stayed club level as it was only £15 more. We are vegetarian but was still worth it. The breakie was boss and the snacks and drinks in evening where enough for our tea.
the only downside was we arrived at 5.45pm and the car park was full. we where in the queue for it for ten mins before a worker came and told us to move becasue its full. I asked what to do as we where staying there so he told us to pull up and check in. The hotel gave us valet parking for zero cost which saved us money. So all worked out well.
lovey clean hotel, good shower, comfy beds. Lifts where a bit mental after the footy match.
Defo one for if you are going to the stadium!
