Staff was outstanding and very Hospital
Access to a pool would have been nice
It was So quiet in our room!! The staff were kind and so accommodating! They even sent us a bottle of wine and chocolates to celebrate our anniversary!! I would highly recommend them and we will stay there next time we are in Nashville!!
Takes a few times to learn the layout of the floor plan
Location, beautiful old trainstation
Hair in the shower. Reported to front desk in the morning, returned at night to find hair still there. Only after I complained again was the shower properly cleaned. Bed sheets wrinkled and creased, not sure if it was replaced after previous guests. Front desk Staff incompetent and very eager to take your money, even when you have an unresolved issue. Also, you have to pay ridiculous amounts for “valet” parking, but your car is parked a few meters away from you. Valet staff very helpful and friendly. Ordered the buffalo wings from the “Bar Car”, had so much garlic that it made my wife sick.
It’s so beautiful and the staff is so helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
Some of the amenities weren’t available due to a wedding but the staff made up for it by giving us a later checkout.
We spent two nights at Union Station Nashville Yards. Beautiful hotel with great history. Bar was nice in lobby and hotel provides a pamphlet with the history of the hotel (self guided walking tour). We had breakfast at the Stationary as well which was quite good. Location is very convenient. We had a room with an internal view which was lovely. The ceilings of our room were probably 20 feet tall. This building has a lot of history (our room was apparently a former administrative office). Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Nashville.
I really wanted to love this hotel. It is just beautiful and I love it when a historic property is turned into a hotel. Overall, I liked the location...it was about a 10- to 15--minute walk to a lot fo Broadway spots.
We booked a Queen Room & were given a Queen Patio Room (which you may be assigned if you book a queen room). The Patio rooms are on the bottom floor and have a cute private patio with seating. However, the room felt dark...like we were in the basement. And we heard SO much noise...the Nashville Yards area is right on the other side of the patio with pickleball courts, seating, & occasionally live music. Between that, the trains, exterior workers, & rumbles from large trucks, it was very disruptive. If you get assigned a patio room, ask for another room.
Housekeeping did a great job during our stay & our room was promptly attended to each day.
Valet parking was a little ridiculous. Yes, it is expensive, but the main thing was that our car was parked within steps of exiting the hotel, yet we had to wait for someone to park it or get it for us. One night we arrived back late & there were plenty of spots and no valet in site. We had to go in and get someone to park it for us. The valets did a fine job; the situation itself was just ridiculous. It would have been much easier to park it myself.
I hope the other rooms are better at this hotel, but I would not stay here again.
Unwilling to help me when I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for $2500 total under a non refundable reservation which was cancelled by my daughter in error. I phoned the hotel within 10 minutes of the accidental cancellation to attempt reinstating the rooms and they said “ Sorry too bad.” Wasted $2500 now! A Loyal Bonvoy member for years too. Shameful customer service!
Our stay at the Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection was outstanding from start to finish. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The price was fair for the level of luxury, service, and location we received.
The overnight valet parking may seem expensive at first, but after seeing parking rates throughout downtown Nashville, it was actually on par with the area and well worth the convenience. The valet staff was exceptional. I had to access our car several times to retrieve items we had forgotten, and they were always friendly, prompt, and happy to help.
Our room on the seventh floor was absolutely beautiful, with a great view overlooking the historic rail yard. The hotel itself is stunning, and its location couldn't be better—just minutes from Broadway and all the restaurants, music venues, and attractions that make Nashville such a great destination.
I would especially like to recognize **Andrew Miller** at the front desk. He went above and beyond to ensure our accommodations were perfect. He upgraded us to a beautiful luxury room and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Andrew is a true professional and a tremendous credit to Marriott and the Union Station team.
If you're looking for a first-class hotel experience in downtown Nashville, I highly recommend the Union Station Nashville Yards, Autograph Collection. We will definitely stay here again!
Location, patio room, live music, most importantly the staff! The bartender CG was phenomenal!
The patio doors to our room did not lock.
The building is a landmark ! Beautiful union station
Location and history
Wedding on Sunday closed down the entire lobby which limited guests use. Slow service in restaurant I'm assuming due to a staffing shortage.
Beautiful historic property. The lobby is amazing. The rooms were just ok, very small, no luggage rack, no dresser. Housekeeping was non existent and didn’t come unless you called or caught them in the hallway. It was a good 20 min walk to the bars on broadway so if you are looking for something close, this isn’t for you.
The Union Train Station Hotel is Unique in that it is an actual renovated Train Station. From the moment we arrived with a warm welcome to the friendly staff members to the amazing restaurants, the stay was beyond wonderful. I look forward to returning!
Really cool space, large rooms, and nice lobby for hanging out. The location is very walkable location. The hotel catering was only ok.
