Attended concert at the wang center ,,,,,Marriot was directly across the street….excellent location ….staff was friendly and the room was spotless..will definitely stay there again
Great location and within walking distance to many sights. We enjoyed the bevia water dispenser. We had an excellent view of the city. The bed was comfortable. Temperature control in the room was nice and quiet was able to keep the room cool or warm in a short amount of time
The bathroom is pretty small but very functional
It was very clean and well kept.

There for a patriots game. Close to South Station! Rooms nice! Wish had more time there.

We were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Boston, particularly as we had stayed at the same hotel two years ago and had expected a similarly pleasant experience.
Firstly, the cost was excessive, approximately double what we paid for our previous stay. Unfortunately, neither the facilities nor the standard of service justified the substantial increase in price.
We arrived at around 2pm and, knowing that check-in was not until 3pm, left our luggage at reception and went to a nearby bar. However, when we returned at 3pm, our room was still not ready, and we were kept waiting for another 20 minutes. More disappointing than the delay itself was the attitude of the receptionist, who made us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued guests.
The room itself was adequate, but several facilities we would have expected were missing. There were no bathrobes or in-room safe, and the MarriottBonvoy_Guest Wi-Fi did not work on my wife's iPhone because the login page would not load.
Furthermore, there was no doorman or other member of staff available to assist with our luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel.
For a hotel marketed as a four-star establishment, we found the overall experience thoroughly underwhelming. At these prices, we expected considerably better service and attention to guests' needs.
Sadly, this was not an isolated experience. Earlier this year, we encountered similar problems at a Marriott hotel near the NEC in Birmingham, England. On that occasion, the receptionist was not merely unwelcoming but positively hostile, and once again the MarriottBonvoy_Guest Wi-Fi failed to work on my wife's iPhone.
Two disappointing experiences in the same year have seriously undermined our confidence in the Marriott brand.
We have therefore decided that we will not be choosing Marriott hotels for our future stays.
Clean quiet room
Wish the rooms were slightly bigger, very narrow not a lot of room
The location was perfect for Downtown etc.
The cleaning lady for my room 1110 was absolutely lovely and very cheery.
Decent sized room and cleaned and tidied every day
First lady I spoke to at reception (know her name but not saying as I don't want to drop her in it) couldn't find my booking and said she would sort it out while we waited then she finished her shift and left (we were an hour early but you should still keep people updated)

I liked that the room had good dark curtains and the bed was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly, and we had a good experience with the valet services. The water filling station was convenient.
There could have been full length mirror in the bedroom for getting ready. It wasn't clear where the Starbucks barista was, but we were able to get coffee there in the morning.
A gorgeous stay. Staff very attentive to needs and requests.
The breakfast was fantastic and the service was amazing

Room was modern and clean with necessary amenities. Location was superb as we were in town for a concert in the Boch Wang Theatre, located across the street.
If we wanted to use our car, there was a wait time for getting it out of valet.
The proximity to the parking garage and venue we were going to.
That the inside resturant was not open on a Saturday evening
