I needed to work from Boston so this was a great room with a large working table and strong internet. Also an excellent bed for good sleep.
I needed to call front-desk for few small issues. Too much for the price I paid for such room.

Everything was close by and walkable
The location is excellent, easy walk to many main areas and close to a T station. Most of front desk staff was very nice, especially Gina. Overall good value for money and well kept hotel
The conditioner was empty when we got the room, I asked for it to be filled but it never was. The first two nights slept well, the last night (Friday) there was a lot of street noise that even ear plugs could not drown out - this was because it was a Friday and the night before 4th July. Out of the hotels control but bear in mind for weekend / holiday weekend trips
