Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious with an amazing view. The hotel was very safe, and the staff really paid attention to you. The staff was very accommodating, especially Tony and Tommy. They provided restaurant recommendations, held our luggage for us, and were just overall extremely helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying here again!

Do not stay at this hotel. There is something wrong with this hotel and the team that runs it. Here is a brief summary.
I stayed at the hotel in May 2026 and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a hotel. First, my room did not look like anything on the photos. Everything in the room felt very dated. I was told that I was upgraded to a corner room (Platinum status), but it was old and very awkwardly designed with a bed against a window… The building must have been used for something else before and they tried to retrofit to a hotel. The bed linen felt old and the mattress was uncomfortable. I never do it at a Marriott hotel but I did check for bed bugs. No evidence of bed bugs. So I felt a little better.
I stayed for 4 nights. The room was not made daily. I sent a message via a Bonvoy app and received no response. I tried again next day without success. Finally, I asked a lady who was cleaning other rooms and she made my room. So, once in 4 nights.
The hotel is noisy at night. It feels like people are coming and going all night. Granted it is a Theatre district but it felt unusually “active” at night.
The final drop was when I forgot my wireless Bose headphones on the desk in the room at the checkout. I messaged to the hotel via Bonvoy app immediately on my way to the airport on Thursday. There was no response on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. On Monday, I asked my admin to call the hotel. She tried twice but said they hang up on her first, and second time she was transferred to the answering machine. I called the hotel myself and had exactly the same experience: hang up once and then transferred to an answering machine. I left a message and it has been 2 days without a call back.
I hope that someone at the Marriott management reads this and checks out this place. I never had such experience at a Bobvoy hotel before. Please fix this place.
Hotel was great. Exterior/ area was Theatre District (tough looking), but facade could be dressed up.

Centrally located. Can walk, take a trolley hop on hop off good way to cover a lot of territory for site seeing and doing things. It's in the theater districts you can catch a show if you like( we didn't but perhaps next time) .
The room was on the small side that would be my only dissatisfaction.
