The hotel lobby is beautiful! All staff were extremely nice and friendly. The buffet breakfast was good too.
The bathroom in our room could’ve been cleaner.

It was very centrally located for the access to the theater that I was going to that night.
There wasn’t anything I disliked. It was a very pleasant day.

There is a club next door and on the 6th floor I could hear the music loudly till 2 am

Rooms are very small—cramped even for solo travelers, with limited space to move around. Breakfast is basic: standard continental fare, nothing memorable.
Hotel seems under renovation; the gym was relocated to a party hall setup, which felt makeshift and awkward. Service was slow across the board, from check-in to requests.
That said, it's in a very old historic spot, so character is there if you can overlook the issues. Might improve post-renovation.

the location to the theater district was perfect
the price for the room was quite high. The room was small, the bathroom was smaller. The shower leaked and there were water bubbles on the ceiling in the bathroom.
Now all of this isn't horrible. I have stayed in far worse places. However I felt that the price was quite exaggerated. And this wasn't just the added taxes....city tax, lodging tax, etc
My stay and the accommodations were just what I needed. Thank you very much.
