Beautiful with an exceptional staff.
The location was amazing , breakfast was lovely and the staff were very poilite
stayed for 4 nights and only had our room changed once even though we had left the note on the door to
say we wanted it cleaned so we didnt have any clean towels and we didnt get any updated refreshments in the room and the room was full of cups etc so very dissopointing , when we mentioned it at check out we didnt really get anything back from them not even a sorry
Location was fantastic. Right in the middle of everything that makes Positano! Lots of great restaurants and bars close by. Excellent breakfast with an unbeatable view.

Excellent breakfast, infinity pool and we received complimentary prosecco.
I only wish the infinity pool is open beyond 6 pm in the evening
The hotel’s location was excellent and incredibly convenient for the ferry port. The rooftop pool was definitely a highlight, with stunning views and very welcoming staff. Our room also had a beautiful balcony view, and the complimentary minibar was a really nice touch that added to the overall experience.
The rooms felt a little dated, particularly the bathrooms, which could benefit from some refurbishment. We also found the tipping culture quite prominent throughout the stay. On a few occasions, staff asked directly about tips, and it sometimes felt as though the level of service became dependent on the amount given, which was disappointing given the overall cost of the stay.
