Autentiška patirtis
Pros:

Viešbutis labai patogioje vietoje, lengvas susisiekimas tiek pėsčiomis, tiek metro. Šalia ir muziejai, ir apsipirkimo gatvės. Viešbutis turi savo Art Nouveau charakterį, jaučiasi istorija. Personalas labai natūraliai paslaugus, absoliučiai be priekaištų, puikiai kalba angliškai. Gausūs ir įvairūs pusryčiai- kepiniai švieži, daržovių ir vaisių pasirinkimas puikus, šalti ir karšti patiekalai, blyneliai, omletą kepa vietoje. Įvairus kavos pasirinkimas. Viešbutyje yra geras restoranas. Lovos patogios, prausimosi priemonės- Rituals. Viešose erdvėse estetiška, originalūs šviestuvai.

Cons:

Truputį jaučiasi, kad viešbutis nenaujas (pagal kiliminę dangą kambariuose). Kaip tokios kokybės viešbučiui, norėtųsi normalaus spa ir treniruoklių salės. Paklausus dėl baseino, pasiūlė nueiti į kitą dukterinį viešbutį. Pasiteiravus dėl spa ir masažų- sakė, kad masažo paslaugą teikia kambaryje. Užsisakius masažą, atėjo masažistė iš galbūt gretimo salono, be masažinio stalo. Masažą atliko lovoje, pati lipdama ant patalų su savo kasdieniais drabužiais- labai neprofesionalu ir labai abejotina higiena. Naudojosi WC. Atsiskaitymas tik grynais. Manau tokio lygio viešbučio administracija galėtų turėti adekvatesnį pasiūlymą.

Naprostá spokojenost!
Pros:

Vše naprosto dokonalé! Od personálu po kvalitu ubytování. Jsem docela citlivý na různé zvuky, takže pro spánek potřebuji naprostý klid. A toto je jeden z mála hotelů v Praze, který mi to zajistí. Řekl bych, že zatím asi nejlepší a to už mám něco vyzkoušeno.

Hodnotím to pozitivně nicméně pokoj mohl být většímlepe osvětlení. Měli jsme pokoj pro tři a byli jsme dost narvané.

Excellent stay! will visit again and would highly recommend
Pros:

Hotel and rooms were luxurious. Definitely will stay here again. Nothing was too much trouble with the staff. The location was superb walking distance of everywhere. Bath - devine!
