Pros:

We spent two wonderful nights at the Hotel Art Nouveau Palace in Prague. The hotel leaves almost nothing to be desired! The location is perfect for exploring Prague's Old Town on foot. Everything is in top condition, the rooms are clean, stylish, and luxuriously furnished. The bathrooms in the rooms are absolutely top-notch! The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks Czech, English, and sometimes even German. The only slight drawback is that the underground parking garage entrance can be very tight for a pickup truck, but it's just about manageable with a VW Amarok. 😉 In short: We are very impressed and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Prague. 👍🏼

Strávili jsme dvě nádherné noci v hotelu Art Nouveau Palace v Praze. Hotel splňuje téměř všechna přání! Poloha je ideální pro pěší poznávání Starého Města v Praze. Všechno je v perfektním stavu, pokoje jsou čisté, stylové a luxusně zařízené. Koupelny v pokojích jsou naprosto špičkové! Personál je neuvěřitelně přátelský a mluví česky, anglicky a někdy i německy. Jedinou drobnou nevýhodou je, že vjezd do podzemní garáže může být pro pick-up velmi těsný, ale s VW Amarokem se to tak nějak dá zvládnout. 😉 Stručně řečeno: Jsme velmi ohromeni a při naší příští návštěvě Prahy se tam určitě znovu ubytujeme. 👍🏼

faire payer la bouteille d'eau dans la chambre pour un hotel 5 etoiles de ce standing est un peu mesquin... dommage

Very enjoyable stay. A high quality hotel in a great location to see the best sights in Prague.

Room was very comfortable and the hotel is well styled throughout. Staff were always helpful, and the breakfast was excellent each morning.

The bar staff at Cafe Palace and the hotel Breakfast buffet was particularly fantastic

Weirdly - in the middle of winter (and I never thought I could say this) the room was TOO warm and dry to sleep super comfortably

The breakfast is a amazing, a real 10/10, so much choice, and very fresh, high quality, it's crazy. And you get to try czech food too.

The hôtel is beautiful too, love the old style

We had works going on against our wall in the room next door around 13h without a warning...
