Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Zimmer ist groß. Das Bett sehr bequem und das Bad super schön.
Frühstück war gut, besonders die frisch gemachten Omeletts.
Mitarbeiter waren freundlich bis auf eine ausnahme.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft war nicht gerade freundlich auch nicht bemüht sich mit dem Gast zu verständigen.

Schade das man für Wasser im Zimmer zahlen muss.

Das wir über Booking für einen bestimmten Betrag gebucht haben, aber belastet wurde mehr, auf Nachfrage wieso, kam als Antwort das es Wechselgebühren sein.
Wir waren schon öfters in Prag, aber noch nie wurde uns mehr belastet, sondern tatsächlich der Betrag für den wir gebucht hatten.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und die Altstadt ist gut erreichbar. Die Betten sind überdurchschnittlich gross und komfortabel. Das Frühstückaangebot war sehr gut und der Service exzellent. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Podróżujemy dość często i nie tylko po Europie, ten pobyt wychodzi na prowadzenie.
Pros:

Czystość, design, uprzejmość personelu, świetne śniadania i rewelacyjna obsługa kelnerska na czele z Panią zarządzającą salą.

L'emplacement centre ville et le petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel serviable.

Cons:

Je n'ai jamais eu des bouteilles d'eau payantes dans un hotel 5 étoiles, c'est dommage.
Il n'y avait pas de trop d'isolation non plus, les bruits de la rue s'entendaient beaucoup.
