Great location. Clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money so close to the CBD.
I didn't use the restaurant but was great to have the option.
Local shops including a superette just a 2 minute walk.

Comfortable and met our needs nicely
Pros:

Great location, nice a close to all the things we wanted to do while staying in Auckland, like Motat, the zoo and Kelly Tarltons. The staff were kind and approachable too.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard, I prefer a softer bed.
