Great stay really happy with the rooms so clean and tidy.
Pros:

Great location and great rooms clean tidy and warm. Breakfast in the restaurant was very tasty and well prepared with lots of options.

Cons:

If I had to say one issue was that the TV was older so you couldn’t cast Netflix to it etc or access your viewing platforms through the TV. So would suggest adding a smart TV or having chrome casts in the TV.

Clean, friendly efficient staff, good location

Cons:

Small points that effected the score. Shower temperature was a little too low. Milk - small glass container of milk would have been preferable. There was no available parking on Saturday night.

Great for long or short stays.
Pros:

The location is great. Nice and easy to get to with plenty of parking available. The restaurant was exceptional. Everything was cooked to perfection and great value for money.

Great staff and good value but too noisy
Pros:

The staff that we met at reception and in the restaurant were very welcoming. Our meals were very nice and good value. The location is central and the room had everything that we needed. We appreciated the heat pump when it was a bit chilly in the morning.

Cons:

I found the bed very firm but others might like that. There was a lot of street noise which I guess is to be expected on Great North Road but it went on past midnight. There were also some raucous guests who were not bothered about disturbing other people. And what sounded like bins being moved about late at night. Would be fine if you're a heavy sleeper or have earplugs.

Great clean facilities and super helpful that there was a restaurant/bar attached. Staff were super helpful with directions and busses and where to catch them.
