A valid identity document must be presented at the time of registration. This property does not admit the entry of children under 18 without the company of their parents, guardian or guardian duly accredited, in accordance with Law No. 30802. In accordance with Peru's fiscal regulations, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying over 59 days in Peru) are required to pay 18% sales tax. To be exempt from paying the 18% sales tax, guests must present a copy of their immigration card and of their passport.

Hotel très propre le 5ieme jour C’était mon anniversaire au petit dej l'équipe m'a fait la surprise en m'offrant un gâteau d'anniversaire sous les chons de happy birthaday c'était trop trop mignon de leur part .rien a dire hotel à la hauteur à recommander vivement.
superbe hôtel chambre spacieuse et lit king super confortable ainsi que La salle de bain .
sauf deux choses c'est que l'eau servie dans les chambres chaque jour est payante .
le petit dej est tj la même chose pendant les 6 jours .mais en principe il ont du bon café en tant que musulmans nous avons pris juste salade pain fromage jus cafe cake c'était tres bon sauf quil falait plus de variete dans les salade et les fromages surtout pour les musulamans qui ne mangent pas de viande et poulet hors de leurs pays .

Nos hospedamos 3 noches en agosto de 2026, en pareja.
Hotel muy bien ubicado en su tradicional localización, en el antiguo Hotel de Turistas, hoy remodelado por Casa Andina.
El proceso de check-in y check-out fue muy ágil. La habitación estuvo limpia y bien mantenida, y el baño completamente equipado, con muy buenas toallas. El housekeeping fue excelente y valoramos poder coordinar previamente el horario de limpieza.
El desayuno está a la altura de un Casa Andina Select, con frutas, panes variados, bebidas calientes, huevos preparados a la orden, quesos y algo de charcutería. Los fines de semana se ofrece frito al estilo chiclayano.
Lo mejor de nuestra estadía fue la atención. Todo el personal fue muy amable, pero queremos destacar especialmente a Vanessa y Mayeli, del restaurante, quienes estuvieron permanentemente atentas y nos hicieron sentir especialmente bien recibidos.
La piscina, spa, sauna, áreas para eventos y estacionamiento complementan adecuadamente la propuesta. El Wi-Fi funcionó bien y la separación de las habitaciones respecto de las áreas comunes y de eventos permite descansar tranquilamente.
Como aspectos por mejorar: el sistema de pre-check-in no logró guardar correctamente la información de nuestros documentos de identidad; sería conveniente recordar en recepción la posibilidad de dejar una garantía para consumos; y recomendamos colocar una superficie antideslizante en la tina, además de mejorar la señalización del desnivel entre habitación y baño.
