Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch
Pros:

Wir sind seit Jahren Gäste in dieser Unterkunft und immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Auch dieses Mal waren wir mit einer Gruppe von 16 Personen da und alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Kommunikation immer freundlich und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service – insbesondere Roman aus dem Restaurant und Pawel an der Rezeption, die immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit sind. Wir kommen jedes Mal sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zufrieden.
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Mitten im Zentrum wie der Name schon sagt.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Fahrtstuhl. Mit schwerem Gepäck etwas anstrengend. Frühstück war gut, hätte ein wenig Abwechslungsreicher sein können. Ab und zu ein kleines Lächeln vom Personal wäre auch nicht schlecht gewesen.

Pro nás byly dost měkké matrace na posteli,ale to je pro každého individuální,takže to není nic,co by nám pobyt zkazilo.

Trotzdem kommen wir gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage zum Centrum und die Nähe zum Skibus.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden. Derzeit gibt es täglich die gleiche Auswahl an Wurst und Käse, wodurch es schnell eintönig wird.
Auch die Spiegeleier sollten idealerweise frisch zubereitet werden. Wenn sie bereits vorgebraten sind, werden sie schnell kalt und verlieren deutlich an Geschmack. Frisch zubereitet würden sie wesentlich besser schmecken.
Zudem ist auch die Suppe jeden Tag gleich. Eine größere Vielfalt bei der Auswahl würde das Angebot insgesamt deutlich attraktiver machen.

Pros:

Wypad na narty. Lokalizacja idealna co prawda nie przy samym stoku ale bardzo blisko przystanki skibusów (ok. 50m) z których można się dostać pod wybrany wyciąg. Hotel w samym centrum miasta.

Brak jakiejkolwiek rozrywki w hotelu, prócz restauracji ;-)
