Location, workout area, pool, breakfast and view.
Every time we got out of the pool we would have to walk around to the side door to get back in the building. Our keys would not work on the back door by the pool.
Location, amenities and breakfast.
The carpet in my room. And I always ask for top floor because when the maids begin vacuuming the room above my room, it wakes me up earlier than I would like to get up. I rarely ever get to sleep in!
Full service hotel. I even did our laundry which I’ve never done while on vacation. It was clean, staff was very helpful, especially Rayette at the front desk.
No balcony rooms. I never smoke in my own home, so I don’t do it in other homes. Most hotels we stay in have balconies where you can smoke without being shamed into sitting in their parking lot.

The outdoor pool was perfect for my daughter. The breakfast was great! The beds were comfortable.
There was a stain on the carpet, that was unappealing, but overall the room was clean.
It was in a perfect location. Right by the freeway, shops and restaurants. I arrived pretty late however the staff was helpful and courteous. My room was large. I wish I would have brought my family

The hotel was very clean and our room was very clean and comfortable. Location allowed us to access of lots of shopping and restaurants.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
It was clean, a convenient location near tons of places to eat or run errands, and the room was wonderful—large and well equipped. Breakfast was top notch. Staff were helpful and courteous. They even had a laundry so I could wash clothes after being on the road for almost 2 weeks (though it would be better if it took credit card or something instead of quarters). I don’t have plans to be in the area again, but I’d stay at Springhill Suites again.
I guess the only thing that could have made it a better stay would be to enable connection to Netflix or something on the TVs. But I really don’t have complaints.
