OK value for money
Pros:

Clean, good TV, good shower

Cons:

A/C could have been better; kitchen facilities but mo coffee; no breakfast hardly at all. OK for the money but unexceptional

It was the worst place we stayed at on our trip to Arizona
Pros:

Did not like anything, but stayed there because it was close to the stadium
Breakfast was muffins and coffee, it was a terrible room. Not updated at all for what people are expecting and paying for these days.

Cons:

Update the shower, the sink sprayed water everywhere, there was NO Counter space and nothing in the kitchen for use.
The air conditioner was loud and for two people there was not a side table for both sides.

Pros:

The location was great. You can’t beat it. You have everything you need and the staff was very helpful.

Cons:

They couldn’t help me check in a little earlier, but it’s understandable

The hotel met my needs for this stay. I would stay here again.
Pros:

The king sized bed and access to the outside since I had a pet.

Cons:

My refrigerator leaked but was still cold. I'm not sure the freezer worked but I did not need it. The microwave barely worked but it was extremely noisy and I was unsure the plate turned.

Stayed the following night in Scottsdale much cheaper, and the amenities were far superior.
Pros:

The location to Peoria Sports Complex

Cons:

No pool, just kinda of tucked away on a busy street. For the price, the room was very much like a motel, so the price should reflect that. Not what I expected during the booking process, would have picked a place for a few more dollars with better quality.

Room was comfy, spacious, clean
Pros:

There was no breakfast just cereal bar and coffee oh they did have oatmeal packets, the staff that checked us in was good

Cons:

First room had a smoke smell overpowering they moved us no problem next room was great all evening we could smell marijuana , if ppl actually got charged for smoking maybe they would stop

It served the purpose of our trip and that was about it. Staff was very nice.
Pros:

Had to depart before the grab and go breakfast was available. Was disappointed that the grab and go breakfast wasn't available earlier.

Cons:

There was a small dinette table in the room but there were no chairs for the table. We had to pull the table down to the end of the bed and sit on the edge of the bed to have a place to eat. Also, there was NOTHING provided in the kitchen. This wasn't mentioned when booking or at check-in. We only discovered this once we arrived in the room. Then we had to call the front desk and specify what we wanted in terms of dishes, etc. They did offer to bring these items to the room but we went down the the front desk to collect the needed kitchen items. These items were in a basket but we were told that they only had 2 baskets for the entire hotel, so once we took the kitchen items to our room, to please bring the basket back right away. Lack of chairs and lack of kitchen items was disappointing.
