They did not let me know that they'd be remodeling and ripping up the carpets in the hallways on the floor I was staying in sanding sheetrock mud so it's dusty every morning when we walked out to the hallway 😞 I can understand remodeling your hotel but you should shut down one floor and do one floor at a time so it doesn't disturb your guest just a thought

Almost three weeks after checkout i still wait for an invoice and nobody seems to care despite contacting the hotel many times.
It seems to much of work to send me an invoice for my stay that I need for my employer...

It was not clean and the staff was rude and changed the policy after we came and the kitchen equipment wasn’t working (stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine) and there is only 1 AC

Everything this is the worst stay I’ve ever booked in my entirety of adult hood never have I ever seen a more lazy staff , my room came with no toilet paper and when i decided to use number 2 I called the front desk to to bring me some and the lady rudely told me to come down to the 1st floor and come get some while I was on the top floor . So I had to with feces un-wiped go down there and grab it and when I communicated my feelings on it she shrugged and said “I wouldn’t hhave used the restroom without making sure there’s toilet paper first “ . On top of that when I tried to cancel my stay they blamed booking .com and denied my request to leave because “the company “ wouldn’t want them to eve the manager told me this . Worst stay ever never again

I requested early check in and got there around 2pm. The first room I was given had a massive toilet leak. The receptionist then gave me a second set of keys and told me to “try that room”. Lo and behold that toilet didnt flush. So then she gave me a THIRD set of keys. As we were walking to the elevator (which was already sketchy) there was literally an individual wearing a hospital gown roaming the hallways as well as an ambulance out front. Now I’m not sure they this motel serves as housing for some people but none of that was disclosed upon booking the room. We noticed at minimum 2 vehicles being worked on over the course of the 3 nights we were there. There was no turn down service so housekeeping never once came to empty our trash. It seems as though the culture here is to throw you full trash bag outside the door. Which is also upsetting. Not exactly how I wanted to open my room door. And as I guessed it the elevator ended up “out of order”. Honestly this is probably by far the worst booking we have made on booking.com.

If you are gonna raise prices and suddenly charge for parking and charge for anything u can think of then u better have an immaculate property. These are old rooms that smell like smoke! U better let them know when u walk in. They will charge u. OVERPRICED LIKE EVERYTHING and for no reason. In fact many reasons this should be way cheaper! U crap on your customer enough times and u will have none!

No breakfast, had to pay for parking . Homeless people hung around.

The hotel could definitely use some updating. We stayed here years ago when it was under another name and it still looks exactly the same.
