The location was the best part of the stay
No long stay amenities were accessible and I wasn’t told until I checked out that they were available upon request.
I was informed upon check in that my room
Did not have a microwave and the front desk agent said I can “bring my food down to him to heat up.” 😥
Brittany was outstanding, but property has wear and tear beyond what was satisfactory.

This was, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was in town on a business trip and stayed here for eight long days. From the moment I arrived, the room had an overwhelming odor that made it extremely unpleasant to be inside. The room itself was old, dingy, and visibly unclean.
The condition of the room was alarming. The window showed visible damage (bullet holes), and the window locks were broken and did not secure properly. The shower appeared dirty, and overall cleanliness was clearly not a priority. I was booked in a “suite,” yet the couch was in such poor condition that I wouldn’t sit on it. When I raised concerns with the front desk, I was told these issues had existed for years and that maintenance might be able to look at the locks. I asked to change rooms before unloading my car but was told that wasn’t possible and to check back the next day. Due to my work schedule, I wasn’t able to pursue a room change. I ultimately had to purchase cleaning supplies, air freshener, and a shower mat just to make the room tolerable.
The bed frame was unstable and moved noticeably with any motion, repeatedly waking me during the night. The sheets didn’t fit properly and kept coming loose, revealing a heavily stained mattress cover. I had to purchase my own bedding, including a mattress topper, sheets, and blanket. The towels provided were extremely small and worn, so I also bought my own. When my toilet clogged one day, I was told by the front desk that there was a shared plunger available in a trash room for guests to use.
Beyond the room itself, I felt unsafe during my stay. There was frequent noise late at night, including shouting, door slamming, and heavy foot traffic. The hallways often felt unattended, and the front desk was frequently unstaffed.
I regret not moving hotels sooner, but I didn’t want my company to lose the money already spent. I eventually checked out a night early and stayed elsewhere because I could not endure another night. Despite constant use of air freshener, keeping the fan running, and airing out the room, the odor never improved.
I strongly recommend staying anywhere else.
Nothing at all.
We had booked 2 nights stay. We only stayed one night because the bed was infested with fleas and we left the hotel with multiple flea bites on us.
I liked this location is close to seal beach. I had to visit my 91 year old mother. Short-notice travel was required.
I like that parking is included in the price of stay.
The hotel can use a decorative update. New windows, counter tops, furniture, USB ports...
I was a little put off by the fact that you have to request items typically provided in other hotels. Such as an ice bucket, coffee pot, shampoo
No pool no juccuzui as advertised on booking a complete waist of money smelled absolutely terrible do not use booking !
Not much..
Room was very gross! Hair in the shower.. number 2 in the toilet and spider webs on the walls. And don’t get me started on the horrible smell. Never staying here ever again.
The staff was friendly, the room clean and the beds comfortable. Pets were allowed and they provided free wi-fi.
There was no breakfast, just hot coffee and a few packaged carbs. The "kitchen" was completely void of utensils, dishes, pots or pans. There was no coffee maker or coffee or tea offered. When I called the front desk, I was told I could come get some of these things by coming down there and carrying them back up to the room, but they would not bring them up themselves. Same when we needed clean linens. We had to bring down the dirty linens before being issued clean ones, and had to do this ourselves. The bathroom sink had a broken plug and didn't drain properly. We found a baby's sock under the bed.
Fine
Coffee was great
absolutely nothing
the staff was not pleasant ..the so called breakfast was old and no milk for coffee.Had to ask for shampoo which was ridiculous and the furniture looked like it went through a flood. The hall smelled and just the overall stay was not pleasant.Had to go to starbucks to get a cup of coffee.

The rooms are very outdated and dirty. The “full” kitchen is a full fridge, a couple of burners, no stove. When I cooked dinner they didn’t have enough pots so I had to microwave a lot of it. But plates did not fit in the microwave so I had to microwave multiple portions in cups.
The pull out sleeper couch was very dirty and had a ton of either bird seeds or mouse shavings in it. Because of this, my son could not sleep on it and I had to book another room. Despite the filth being the reason for the second room I was not offered any type of discount.
