Definitely recommend staying at comfort in for the convenience of transportation
Pros:

The property is very close to the city centre. U can walk for five to ten minutes to reach places like CVS, Whole Foods and brickell city centre. One minute walk from the metro mover which can take you throughout the brickell loop.

Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Se puede salir caminando perfectamente por Downtown y Brickell.

Cons:

Instalaciones muy antiguas. Le falta mantenimiento y un poco de limpieza.

El desayuno incluido es bastante malo.

Caro para lo que es el hotel. Solo pagas la ubicación.

Lo recomiendo si es para pocas noches.
