Pros:

Clean room with comfortable bed. Breakfast has numerous choices. Food was warm.

Cons:

Room was carpeted and had an odor. Had a pair of white socks that became darken on bottom just walking on carpet.

Would not stay again.
Pros:

The front desk attendant when we arrived was very nice.

Cons:

Our TV didn’t have a power chord and the hotel could not supply another one. I found it hard to believe that there wasn’t an extra power chord anywhere on the entire property. We needed the TV noise to drown out the sound from everything around us. They were going to move us, but it was too late at night. Also, they have a conference room it looks like, directly across from the rooms on the first floor. So when we arrived, there was a rehearsal dinner and it was extremely loud with people running back and forth and slamming doors. Also, if your room is by the pool, don’t expect ANY peace and quiet until it’s 10pm or later. For $237 for one night, I was expecting a lot better expierence than we had. They offered a $50 credit but wouldn’t issue it without us jumping through loops with calling customer service and waiting on the phone to get approval. After a rough night, that’s the last thing we wanted to wait around for. The beds were also extremely small.

The room was very spacious.

Cons:

The two live roaches in the bathroom when I woke up the next morning. The bathroom drain is rusted. Bathroom need fumigation and repairs.

Pros:

Desayuno incluido. Excelente servicio en front desk. Lamentablemente no sé el nombre de la persona que nos atendió pero al contrario de otras veces en ese mismo hotel con un señor. Ella, una señora fue sumamente amable.

Cons:

Un bicho que apareció en nuestro baño. Que solucionaron pronto.

disappointed in service and the hotel stay in general. probably wont stsy atbthis location again

Cons:

AC didn’t work first day. it got fixed second day. they did not clean our room while we were there. breakfast was just ok. we stayed at similar hotels with much better breakfasts. now i see on our receipt that “at this rate, you are not able to earn points.”. our rate was very standard, not low.

No volveré!
Pros:

El personal amable, el desayuno muy bien, parqueo gratuito, las camas cómodas, buena ubicación.

Cons:

Lamentablemente tuve varios inconvenientes, el primer día me dieron una habitación en la q ya había alguien adentro ( un error lo comete cualquiera) pero a los días le dieron la habitación donde dormía mi hijo y su primo a otras personas quienes entraron a la habitación, lo que me hace pensar que es un error q cometen comúnmente, las llaves de ellos se bloquearon el hotel solucionó pero sin dar importancia al asunto, lo peor fue q a las 7am mientras nos levantábamos del lado de la mesita de noche salieron 2 cucarachas las cuales logramos matar, una de ellas subio por la almohada donde duerme mi hija, si hubiera estado ella acostada le pasa por la cara, esto sucedió el día antes de irnos, cuando bajé noté en el primer piso otra cucaracha muerta en la alfombra, la verdad solo por esto yo no volvería, no me dio confianza los errores con las habitaciones y MENOS las cucarachas!!
