Great overnight stay
Pros:

I stayed for one night and it was excellent. Check in was a breeze, the rooms are great, and breakfast in the morning was excellent. Daniel and Johanna were so friendly and helpful.

Pre Cruise Stay
Pros:

I chose the Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport for it's location and the convenience of the airport shuttle and an onsite restaurant for breakfast. The hotel and rooms were well-appointed and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful including the shuttle drivers. The noise of the airport in the late evening and early morning hours did not disturb me as much as the slamming of guest room doors, especially the side door at the end of the hall. I would definitely pick a different room the next time! All-in-all, I enjoyed my stay and would consider this hotel again.

Great experience!
Pros:

We stayed here before a Disney cruise and had a great experience. The room was large and clean, the breakfast buffet was pleasant and Johanna and Mafe provided great service!

Awesome Experience
Pros:

Jonathan was awesome as a bartender in the lobby bar. We have a great experience and enjoy the Halftime of the Super Bowl viendo a Bad Bunny, amé el show! Gracias Jonathan por hacerlo mejor 🔥❤️

We enjoyed our dinner at the lobby restaurant, watching a great movie. Great svc!

Cons:

The bed sloped downward from the middle and def needs replacing.
The shuttle schedule isn’t frequent enough.

Welcoming and warm (even when the weather was cold)

The bartender (John) was great. Attentive and friendly like all good bartenders should be. Room was clean and the rest of the staff was friendly as well.

Pleasant check-in staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast staff is top notch and super friendly. Hats off to Johanna, Beatriz, and Mafer for getting every morning started with hot coffee, tasty breakfast and a smile!
