Cons:

There was a fire alarm that went off during our stay. My family rushed outside and waited on the side of the building for 20 minutes. No one came to tell us anything. We decided to walk to the front of the building where the fire truck was. Again, no one told us anything. The fire alarm finally turned off. No one told us if we could come back in. People started walking back into the building, so we followed. I asked a man that worked there what happened. He said he couldn't tell me anything. I smelled gas in the lobby and so did another lady. The man that worked there said it "should" be ok to go back into the room and that was not a good enough answer for me. Not impressed. Communication was awful. Lady that worked next him didn't say a thing. The front desk associates do not display confidence.

Pool was awful. Tiny and dirty. Where is the hot tub? The mushroom that sprayed wayer out of it was a terrible set up. No one wanted to go in the pool. For a Hilton hotel, you should be ashamed.
Shower had hairs in the tub. Needs an update for sure the shampoo and conditioner smelled awful, like axe cologne and that's for a man. Yuck! Elevator was ancient. I could go on amd on.

Excelente hotel próximo ao aeroporto
Pros:

Excelente opção ao lado do aerporto de Orlando, passei somente uma noite pois iria pegar o voo logo cedo, mas recomendo a região para quem deseja se hospedar em Orlando, local tranquilo e com restaurantes pertos. Do pouco que usei do hotel, eu gostei. Atendimento também muito bom. Estacionamento gratuito

Cons:

Eu não gosto daqueles banheiros em que o chuveiro é dentro da banheira, mas pode ser somente uma questão pessoal.

I canceled this via Booking.com and was double charged (once by booking.com and another by Hilton). What a frustrating and confusing mess. I never went, tried to cancel, got double charged and then asked how I enjoyed my stay. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH BOOKING.COM AGAIN

Excellent service and food
Pros:

After we checked in, we were exhausted and did not want to go back out and battle traffic for dinner. We ate in the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent. John was our waiter and the service was fantastic. He was both courteous and very efficient.

Great hotel restaurant and server
Pros:

John was our server in the in-house restaurant. He was outstanding and accommodating. The food was top drawer - way beyond expectations for a hotel restaurant. We had tomato bisque soup and chicken bourbon barbecue flatbread. Both were outstanding.

Great breakfast! Good experience. Highly recommend.
Pros:

Very clean restaurant area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Mafir Johanna was very attentive and provided great service. Breakfast was hot, fresh and plentiful.
