Great hotel! Room spotless. Guest Services capable to welcome us late night with so much care.

Implacable Service
Pros:

The service in the hotel was just amazing, especially in the restaurant. I was thrilled with the experience of Daniel, Johanna and Jonny. They made my stay and I can’t wait to come back.

Best hotel
Pros:

Very nice and clean hotel. Front desk guy forgot his name (short and Spanish) was very helpful I also had dinner and the waiter Jonathan was super attentive and professional thanks a lot for the service.

Pros:

Breakfast was pleasant. Service was nice and helpful. severs were very nice.
Johanna and Daniel were very helpful and Beatriz very attentive with what I asked for. Have been at you Hotel since March the 30th and all has been excellent. Thank you. Rooms also very clean.

Cons:

There was a fire alarm that went off during our stay. My family rushed outside and waited on the side of the building for 20 minutes. No one came to tell us anything. We decided to walk to the front of the building where the fire truck was. Again, no one told us anything. The fire alarm finally turned off. No one told us if we could come back in. People started walking back into the building, so we followed. I asked a man that worked there what happened. He said he couldn't tell me anything. I smelled gas in the lobby and so did another lady. The man that worked there said it "should" be ok to go back into the room and that was not a good enough answer for me. Not impressed. Communication was awful. Lady that worked next him didn't say a thing. The front desk associates do not display confidence.

Pool was awful. Tiny and dirty. Where is the hot tub? The mushroom that sprayed wayer out of it was a terrible set up. No one wanted to go in the pool. For a Hilton hotel, you should be ashamed.
Shower had hairs in the tub. Needs an update for sure the shampoo and conditioner smelled awful, like axe cologne and that's for a man. Yuck! Elevator was ancient. I could go on amd on.

Beautiful renovation and updated hotel
Pros:

This hotel displayed the recent renovation and updates remarkably! The lobby was aesthetic and beautiful, with very inviting seating and ambiance. The decor was visually appealing. Whoever the interior designer was did a remarkable job. Golds, blacks, whites, pops of colors. We stayed for dinner and service was on-par with a decent selection of food, similarly tasting delicious. Glad we dined in versus using a food delivery service. Breakfast was similarly tasty and plentiful. This was a pre-cruise hotel stay, a solid 5 stars. Stayed with 2 teenagers….who approved as well!
