The set up of the suite was nice.

Cons:

Photos online are misleading. Room wasnt filthy but there was hair in the tub that wasnt mine and also hair on the towels. Silverware in the drawer was dirty so I didn't bother cleaning or using it. Pricing is overpriced compared to the state of the room. Noise levels around you are very high due to it being an extended stay facility. So there are families with children who run and bang the floor all night. I personally would not stay here again and I suggest reading other reviews before booking.

Cons:

The tv only had a few stations. No local channels at all.the kitchen pots and pans were DISGUSTING. They still had food on them.the person who was on that night said they were all like that. No can opener to open the cans.the smoking area was very dirty.the entrance from them smoking are had all cigarettes butts inside.no vending machines. The TV part was the worst. You can only watch so of that.i think i deserve a credit or something. Wish I did take pictures

The gentleman at the front desk was more than accommodating. Very courteous, and kind. Location was very easy.

Cons:

the furniture was peeling. you couldn't sit on the chairs without the material sticking to you. Part of the ceiling fell on to the table while I was there. The TV's are VERY outdated, couldn't stream anything, not to mention only 1 remote for both the living room and bedroom. Very disappointed, and PRE-PAID, so I HAD to stay.

Would I stay again? Probably not.
Pros:

The price of the stay compared to surrounding area and also a one bedroom suites don’t come about too easily. Hot water was sufficient.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the rooms. Not sure if it was properly cleaned. Floor had bits. Didn’t dare walk barefoot. The corridors smells of weed; probably brought by the smokers. Hallway bare and yellow looking. The carpets needs a good clean. No air fresheners. Lift broke day 3 into a 5 day stay. The kitchen was minimal. Didn’t dare use the microwave. Had a funny smell and the condition inside was greasy looking and smelling. The hood light didn’t work.

Not great, not the worst.
Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

It smelled awful, the room was kind of dirty, there was trash under the couch bed, the couch looked torn apart and ripping, it also looked like it had just been painted and the paint was splattered everywhere and painters tape was left up everywhere. The toilet seat was hardly tightened and we almost fell off and got hurt every time we used the toilet. We also didn’t end up using one of the rooms we booked and was told we could get a refund for it but when I tried reaching out to someone to ask about it I have yet to receive a response.
