Smelly, nasty 🤮

Front staff was nice. And pet friendly.

Cons:

I walked in, and I was nicely greeted by the front desk, staff. Signed my paperwork, was given my key, and I took the elevator to my floor. As I approach my door, I noticed two large black stains outside my door. As I walk into my room there was this strong And uncertain stench coming from my room. I had to grab two air fresheners from my car to place over the vent in order to sleep in here. Some of these lamps in the room don't work are full of dust. Lights are out.
Weird peanut butter and jelly spots on the carpet. Kitchen stove, very rusty. Kitchen counters, peeling and falling apart. Bathroom door has black or brown marks all over the door, unsure what that could be. And last, but not least Thad to shower in my own bath water. I have stayed in many motels and hostels, but I believe this has been the worst.
They are considered a pet friendly hotel but only has one spot that has dog bags no green area for the dog or animals who use the bathroom.
The outside is filthy trash everywhere people sleeping in between the trees. There are two ponds when you pull in with shopping carts inside them trash, alcohol bottles everywhere.

It was located within ten miles of the beach.

We found roaches in our room and as we arrived it wasn’t very clean.

Never coming back; molded foods; rude front desk

I had to kill a bug in the room
None of the countertops were clean, had to do it myself
Molded food in the microwave that was not from me. Couldn’t even warm up my own food.
Front desk made us bring the dirty towels from our room before we could get new ones, the front desk that work Fourth of July evening was so rude to my fiance. Treated him like trash
