Pros:

Floors not cleaned to the edges. Also, I did not like that they charge a $100 deposit

Cons:

Floors not cleaned to the edges of the walls. Saw dead bugs and yucky floor, dust behind bedside table. I think they're just surface cleaning. I did not like the $100 deposit.

Good staff. Clean up the grounds it looks like a dump. Garbage everywhere.
Pros:

Many of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Some were a very nice but a bit deceitful.

Cons:

Finding extra charges, ( phone NEVER used, early check-in extending stay, OVERPRiSED laundry $10 per load) generally nickel and diming. Breakfast is a joke, bad joke. Little Debbie's snacks.

My excellent stay at this Hotel!
Pros:

Easy check in..place was quiet enough for my 2 day stay! Marquis at the front desk was very informative and very nice and pleasant! Definitely enjoyed that! Will I stay again? Absolutely!

Friendly employee deposit required
Pros:

There is a $100 credit card deposit that is required as of March 2026.
They do not accept chime/paypal/ cashapp or any other "prepaid" cards. Employees were very friendly

Never coming back; molded foods; rude front desk

I had to kill a bug in the room
None of the countertops were clean, had to do it myself
Molded food in the microwave that was not from me. Couldn’t even warm up my own food.
Front desk made us bring the dirty towels from our room before we could get new ones, the front desk that work Fourth of July evening was so rude to my fiance. Treated him like trash
