The room smell was horrible the chair that was in my room was covered in black mold the front desk receptionist said he couldn’t believe they left that in the room I woke up early this morning with a pounding headache I think due to the odor from the room

Hard Start, Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The Staff, and the room were nice

Cons:

The property per se wasn’t an issue, Booking.com is and when reviewed I’d be eager to speak with a representative, you’re the only thing to discredit from this property.

Horrible
Cons:

I was yelled at by a member of staff in front of a so called assistant manager however nothing was done. Both me and booking.com attempted reaching the general manager but calls were not returned to either. The whole situation made me uncomfortable but I was unable to leave because my requests for a refund were ignored.

I will not be staying here again!
Pros:

Breakfast was minimal grab and go. Muffins, and dry pastries were offered with coffee and tea.

Cons:

The cleanliness of this place was below my personal standards. We always strip our beds upon departure... and found a dirty, used towel underneath where my partner slept the night before! It was an unpleasant discovery to say the least. When I disclosed this the front desk upon check out, and he asked if I knew who cleaned our room. Well, the rooms envelope told us who it was. Upon that further information, he seemed unsurprised and proceeded to ask me to leave a review. No refund or any other type of compensation offered.

The location was close to family and shopping.

Cons:

The rooms were extremely dated. The rooms were not clean. My family member had to be moved because the room was not clean. A staff member told my sister, "we can't keep moving rooms."

The property was great location. The rooms were clean. My room experienced power outage. Front desk staff was excellent with handling the situation. They moved me to another room two rooms down.

Cons:

No 24hr desk if something happens to your card and you're outside after 11 you have to call and someone will drive in. Room stunk really bad, carpet was from 60s or 70s really old and worn.
