Comfortable and convenient hotel
Pros:

Very clean and smells good as always. Beds are soft and comfortable and there is always parking spots available. Very friendly and professional staff.will be back again!

Disaster
Cons:

Freaking shower head blow off of wall when I was showering. No one cleaned room the next day. Garbage was taken out of room. Will never stay at this mainstay branch ever again.

Beautiful new renovations and comfy beds!
Pros:

Loved the price of this hotel! Loved how clean our room was! Loved that it was a full suite with stove top burners! Loved that there was an evacuation plan on the back of our room door! Loved the beautiful new renovations. Loved the friendly and helpful staff!

Cons:

The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbor snoring. There was not a fan in our bathroom so humidity from the shower would linger in the room. The handicapped button for opening doors outside the front entrance doesn't work ( I'm assuming that will get fixed with the renovation completion).

Pros:

I had stayed here before, and I always choose to stay here whenever I am in the area. The staff was extremely active and attentive, even though I arrived late. BEST value for money, highly recommended place in Columbus.

Best extended stay experience
Pros:

I had a comfortable stay at this extended stay hotel. The room was clean, the kitchen area was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a good option for longer stays. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

Friendly people but marred by nearly useless facilities
Pros:

The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. For example, the first night the heating system did not work, and they moved us to a different room.

Cons:

Very small kitchen table (for eating). The plumbing/fridge/cooking facilities were very strange, sleek/modern-looking but disfunctional or else hard to use. The shower head was especially strange.
