The outlet was tripping all night no one came to fix it

The room we had was not clean. The slippers we had on were thrown away due to the dirt from the floor. It was worse than all other hotels I’ve stayed in, even with carpet. The walls were dirty and I had to wipe the faucets and door handles off because there was something on them. The glasses in the kitchen had finger prints on them and the kitchen drawers had crumbs and hair in them. I assumed the room wasn’t cleaned but the beds were made. The main door to the hotel was open at all times which made me nervous for security reasons. No option to add breakfast. No fan in the bathroom. We checked in at 3:30, we were laying down taking a nap around 4 and some lady walked into our room. Used a key card, I can only assume she was the cleaning staff but woke the kids up and couldn’t get them back to sleep.

No lights in the facility

No one ever came for housekeeping although no sign was up. Had to get our own towels and our own stuff.

Everything.

We booked three rooms in our group, 2 of the 3 were cancelled while we were in the air flying from across the country. We were called once and then cancelled. They said they couldn’t reserve with the card we had on file. They said that they were filling up for the Arnold event so they could no longer hold our rooms. Who does this after one call.

Once I did connect with someone, the person who I reached was extremely rude. We had no choice and reluctantly booked for one night.

The room was extremely dirty. The bathroom had dirt smeared all over the walls. There was dead bugs smashed on the blinds and the floor was horrible.

Gym was horrible and our kids had to run outside as we were in town for a boxing event. Now this usually isn’t a problem, but the neighborhood was absolutely horrible! As a matter of fact, the next night there was a shooting outside of the hotel and an 18-year-old was killed.

Met the GM that was on her way out, literally in just a week, extremely unprofessional. She indicated that she creates reservations all the time under a fake name to hold them just in case they overbook because they usually do overbook. Not sure why she felt the need to cancel our reservations if this was the case but everything about this place was a no.

Nothing bad

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. Both rooms I booked were dirty, hotel was overall dirty. Person that checked us in was not friendly at all. Rooms smelled like mold and definitely were not cleaned. Found fake eyelashes all over the floor upon entering. Walked through a cloud of weed smoke from the employees to get through the door. Never again!

Could have been little cleaner, there was a booger on the wall in the bathroom. Also, the walls are paper thin.

The bathroom was a little small and the power went out the day of our check out time.

Freaking shower head blow off of wall when I was showering. No one cleaned room the next day. Garbage was taken out of room. Will never stay at this mainstay branch ever again.

The walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbor snoring. There was not a fan in our bathroom so humidity from the shower would linger in the room. The handicapped button for opening doors outside the front entrance doesn't work ( I'm assuming that will get fixed with the renovation completion).
