It was comfortable and room was clean! Overall great stay.
Pros:

Overall a great stay, close to the party we were going to be attending and very comfortable. I loved that the room had a fridge, microwave and stove!.

Cons:

Breakfast couldve been better. When we first arrived it smelled like weed outside and i was scared our room would smell but it didnt! The location had us a bit confused since theres so many hotels before this one. Our room was not cleaned while we were gone, and we couldve used more towels but thats about it. We were there for only 2 nights so that wasnt a big deal for us.

The room was incredibly dirty. The door did not shut all the way and the location is not very safe if you have children

Terrible
Pros:

Nothing i felt like it was falsely advertised.

Cons:

Location was so ghetto and the the employees didn’t not belong in there. I requested my room to be changed employee refused and said everything is sold out while I watch him booked a couple that walked in with no reservation. This place is a mess I will not recommend.

Terrible. Do not waste your money. And they overcharged
Pros:

Staff was rude, very ghetto, unsafe environment, they sat outside smoking pot, lady at the desk acted like we was interrupting her while she was on the phone. Very unprofessional. Will never come back

Cons:

Staff rude , sat outside our room talking with phone on speaker phone very loud. Door lock was busted, stains on bedding, entrance smelled like weed, all the doors slammed , very ghetton

Stressful and unsafe
Pros:

Not much. Pictures online looked clean but it really wasn’t.

Cons:

Staff seemed stoned. Not very helpful. Key cards didn’t work. Had to go to front desk multiple times. Floors in room needed to be mopped. Did not feel safe in the facility. Worried car would get broken into.

Disappointing.
Pros:

I thought the kitchen was the best part but the counter top stove top did not work

Cons:

It was dirty. The dead bolt did not lock. It was in a terrible neighborhood. The staff was rude.

Pros:

The front desk staff was nice, and liked that there was security in the parking lot.

Cons:

It was very loud, and the over all building was dirty, my room was really sticky, the sink had dirty forks inside of it. The plants in the entrance to the hotel needed watering, the plants made the space seem more special. Totally understand the difficulty of maintaining a property but simple things like smell and clean sheets really matter.

My stay was dirty, and nothing that Ipaid for worked. Disappointing
Pros:

The room space was decent.

Cons:

It was in a bad neighborhood. The room was dirty. One of the front desk people was very sarcastic and snotty when I asked a valid simple question. I also let the staff know that my deadbolt on the door did not lock, dresser drawers were broken (unusable), and worst of all the stove top did not work at all. I booked this place specifically for the kitchen. The staff did not concern themselves at all with the issues and looked at me like “why are you telling me this”. There was only one staff member that I encountered once that was friendly, professional and seemed concerned with my report. But I only saw her once.

Didn’t stay there. Left after seeing the property.
Pros:

Didn’t stay there. Once I saw someone selling drugs by the front door and being overrun with people, I notified Booking.com to cancel.

Cons:

Drugs sales and people making me feel uncomfortable. Also people were having a fire pit in the grass and lawn chairs everywhere.
