The layout of the rooms are nice
The location if you walk outside, you will get bombarded by panhandler or interesting characters
Nothing i felt like it was falsely advertised.
Location was so ghetto and the the employees didn’t not belong in there. I requested my room to be changed employee refused and said everything is sold out while I watch him booked a couple that walked in with no reservation. This place is a mess I will not recommend.
Staff was rude, very ghetto, unsafe environment, they sat outside smoking pot, lady at the desk acted like we was interrupting her while she was on the phone. Very unprofessional. Will never come back
Staff rude , sat outside our room talking with phone on speaker phone very loud. Door lock was busted, stains on bedding, entrance smelled like weed, all the doors slammed , very ghetton
Not much. Pictures online looked clean but it really wasn’t.
Staff seemed stoned. Not very helpful. Key cards didn’t work. Had to go to front desk multiple times. Floors in room needed to be mopped. Did not feel safe in the facility. Worried car would get broken into.
I thought the kitchen was the best part but the counter top stove top did not work
It was dirty. The dead bolt did not lock. It was in a terrible neighborhood. The staff was rude.
The front desk staff was nice, and liked that there was security in the parking lot.
It was very loud, and the over all building was dirty, my room was really sticky, the sink had dirty forks inside of it. The plants in the entrance to the hotel needed watering, the plants made the space seem more special. Totally understand the difficulty of maintaining a property but simple things like smell and clean sheets really matter.
Overbooked and no rooms
The room space was decent.
It was in a bad neighborhood. The room was dirty. One of the front desk people was very sarcastic and snotty when I asked a valid simple question. I also let the staff know that my deadbolt on the door did not lock, dresser drawers were broken (unusable), and worst of all the stove top did not work at all. I booked this place specifically for the kitchen. The staff did not concern themselves at all with the issues and looked at me like “why are you telling me this”. There was only one staff member that I encountered once that was friendly, professional and seemed concerned with my report. But I only saw her once.
Didn’t stay there. Once I saw someone selling drugs by the front door and being overrun with people, I notified Booking.com to cancel.
Drugs sales and people making me feel uncomfortable. Also people were having a fire pit in the grass and lawn chairs everywhere.
The bed was decent. The room its self was almost as pictured. The bathroom was small. The shower was good sized and the shower head was nice. The faucets were nice. The room was clean. The lighting was very good. The built in side stands by the bed was great. There was good amount of space to put things.
There was wood under the fridge it was sitting on. The hallways were nasty. People sat there trash out in the hall and nobody took care of it til the next morning. The only thing nice was the check in area and that was cluttered with papers. When I checked in the guy didn’t know how long I was staying and he mumbled didn’t speak clear or loud enough to hear. There was another guest using the phone at the front desk when I was checking in and was right in the way. The guy that checked us in seen we had things to bring in and didn’t tell us there was a cart to help or where to park to be closer to the room or elevator. Getting info from him was hard. When I was booking the room it didn’t say there wouldn’t be housekeeping unless you paid extra before 8 days. I was sent a separate email telling me after I booked it. Also that area was run down. Wasn’t made aware of that either.
I got a refund.
Dirty. Rooms smelt like cigarette smoke. Homeless people outside. I wouldn’t recommend.
The rooms are nice, staff is friendly, our fridge in room didn’t keep anything cold but we did only use it but for a water bottles.
The location is okay as the empty hotels around seem to attract the homeless.
