I hate to write this review, but I feel that the new ownership needs to be aware of the poor customer service and the potential integrity issues at this location. I had a union worker to check in to the location about seven weeks ago at about $530 per week. From the time of check in up until checkout today ( due to finally having enough of poor attitudes and lack of attention to concerns). The television was broken. There were concerns brought to
The front desk and no one from management or maintenance ever came to address the issue. The worker was told to try another socket concerning the television. Towels and other small things were requested which never came or were addressed with attitudes of the front desk person not wanting to be bothered. As of recent, logistics packages were sent from Amazon on a few occasions. The first set of packages from 01/03/26 never arrived to the worker. A reorder was done and this 26 pound package mysteriously was told to the worker “never came”! I had the worker to go and check the front desk and the reception Shonell was extremely dismissive and rude to me and the worker. The worker returned back to
His room to avoid a confrontation and I placed a call directly to the desk to speak with Shonell. I told Shonell( maybe incorrect spelling of her name) that the package was delivered on 01/07/26 and the small package she gave the worker from 01/08/26 was not all he was expecting. The names and spelling were the same on both boxes. Shonell kept shouting into the phone that no one had it. I explained to her that I had a picture and a time stamp of when it arrived. I also

She didn’t know who she worked for as the company was just franchised. I said I find it odd that you have no additional point of
Contact. She hung up the phone in my face! I sent a letter out to city to try and find owner information to resolve the matter. 30 minutes after my email was sent to a city contact person, I get a call back from the hotel person ( Shonell) claiming that It was all a big misunderstanding and that she couldn’t understand that accent of the worker when he said his name. Mind you the name on the small box was the same name on the big box and we still have a parcel that’s missing. All in all owners you need to look into the staff you have at this location and do a check in on the condition of the property to make sure everything is in good working order. These workers travel hundreds of miles away from their family and loved ones to earn money. The rates they pay to stay at these properties is similar to Apartment rental rates in some cases. They deserve honesty, good customer service and respect. I will never do any more business at this location and have moved this worker elsewhere as of today and canceled the upcoming reservation for the 2 workers I have starting tomorrow.

It was quiet but in a very good location. Plenty of parking spots.
I didnt like how it didnt have much variety for the breakfast.

The overall customer service is terrible. Each shift does not want to help you. If you ask for service on first they tell you to wait for second due to housekeeping. If you for service on second shift they tell you to they are washing for housekeeping and have nothing. And forget about third shift. You should have no request of any kind between 11pm and 7 am. This was told to me repeatedly from 3rd shift. I work late so sometimes it is my only option especially since it can be two weeks before mandatory room service. With 4 towels and 2 wash clothes, that can be challenging for the very person who pays their salaries. Without customers they would have no job. Yet the customer service across the board is lazy, rude and passes the buck with no resolution. I am glad you’re selling. And it was no shock to me. Management is everything and there obviously is none here. As to every excuse not to serve the customer was met with talk to manager Whitney. She knows and doesn’t care.

Staying at the Extended Stay in Dublin Ohio is a really great experience Whitney was very professional and great to work with on setting us up with a great room.

Front desk lady was nice, and it was thoughtful to have snacks in the room, but there were nail clippings on the floor when i got to the room and included breakfast was coffee and nutrigrain bars.
I did not stay in that property because it was stinking a lot.

The hotel room was filthy and disgusting. Half the lights didnt work the dirty nasty refrigerator didnt work the kitchen cabinet door was broken and off the hinges…. If i had anywhere else to go I would have left immediately.

Beds were comfortable, staff was nice. I forgot my jacket in the room and they calmed. The frig was large. The grab ‘ n go breakfast was granola bars, oatmeal & coffee. This was fine for us, but in case other people needed more.
